Just wondering who here has watched the Angry Video Game Nerd reviews? They are funny though sometiomes he goes overboard. Still I have actually played some of those horrible games he is playing. Still the reviews are fun.
Just talk about them. I am watching his first reviews now, yeah Castlevaina two was a huge disapointment.

Just like the guys from SomethingAwful, half his game reviews are too damn subjective to be taken even in jest.
Besides, the only reviewer I trust for games and movies is me. And my girlfriend, sometimes.

Oh I could never take his reviews seriously, and sometimes his language is too foul way to foul for my tastes but I still find him funny.
James is a very serous and good reviewer and his AVGN reviews are clearly jokes more then real reviews. Even when compared to his first bad game reviews the Castlevaina 2 and the Jekle and Hyde ones it's clear those were his serous opinion and later it became a game, an act. One with truely bad games as the punchline.
Oh I only trust myself for reviews too. However I like looking at game reviews. Part of the :Charm" of AVGN to me is that most of these are games that existed before game reviews were easy to get hold on. Back when you had to spend money on those games. To me a review gives me an insite on how I could feel by looking at others, a general opinion. I want to see good and bad reviews of movies games and then make my own opinion.
