I am looking for an Anime series to watch. I am looking for something with some action, and comedy, kinda like Trigun.
Recently I have been watching what is available from Comcast On Demand, currently that is MyHIME. But I am looking for something to buy and watch next month.
Does anybody have any suggestions?

Haven't seen but heard a lot about: Black Lagoon
There's always Gurren Lagann
Heat guy J and Getbackers are ok
Peacemaker Kurogane had some fun action scenes...trying to think of not obvious stuff that were on adult swim...I'll come back later

I'm with the others on Getbackers as well.
Yu Yu Hakusho is a good one as well and it appears to have the same old school anime style as Trigun.
And if you haven't seen Cowboy Bebop, that is another to add to your list.

Well, for strait up LULZ, you should look into Ghost stories. Action and adventure be your fancy? well then look no further than El Hazard. If you desire a pseudo depressing story(Black comedy by category) then Welcome to the NHK is the best.

I wouldn't call Air Gear underground, I know quite a few people who have heard or seen it. For me, I just didn't like the first two episodes so I never finished it.
Let's see...something else...Utawarerumono, GTO, Noir, I've heard good things about Ergo Proxy but haven't seen. hmmm, think I'll leave it at that for now.

The anime I'm into lately that isn't action at all (heh) is Lucky Star. Soooo funny and random. ^^
