No, it's not Romance. Even though I do prefer Shojo over anything else.

Kuroshitsuji isn't romance.. o3o
It's more of mystery, some comedy, and supernatural.
The characters are very likable~ And they do have a good sense of humor in the anime. xD And there is a good fair share of blood/fighting in the show. I love the anime but I'm more into the manga. But be aware.. xD There are some hints to yaoi in there. But it's funny that way. xP
Btw.. If you thought it was romance because of those two.. The little one in there with the eyepatch is, indeed, a guy. xD
