Rouge Academy was built by all nine of the race countries. It was considered as a peace treaty but the school is kind of small and ragged. The school has many leaks in it and is a poor living space. They recently got a battle squadron. Though being small the races want to show that their race is superior to others so they do send the best teachers to work here. This means that students here are the best trained in the district. They are known for making the strongest students around. Maybe If they win the Battle Tournament. The Prize money that they win they will be able to use to Renovate the School. The school funding is poor despite the great teachers so no field trips are even considered.
