Yamado entered the arena, once again having been treated in the time between his fights, his condition was now much better than before and he seemed to be in almost as good condition as when he had begun his fight with Shin (seeing as he didn't get hurt in his last fight), however the combat brace was to remain on his left arm just to be safe.
"Ah! Jin-sempai's ma next 'pponent?! Yatta!! Jin-semapi an' me got dis far in da tournament too!! It jus' shows ya dat 're crew is strong, right Jin-sempai?!" Yamado said happily as he pulled out his replacement spear and waited for Jin to get ready.

Jin entered the arena his usual grey mantle and cloak, The broken mast that usually covered his face was replaced by a large eyepatch with the Delinquent Seal embossed on it. Jin had prepared a special toy for this very fight, but he would save it for later. He grabbed the neck of his Ax U1 which he always kept strapped to his back and charged towards Yamado, his Ax ready to strike.

((Sorry for the late post and if I am slow in posting for the next week, my dad is having me work in his office.))
So far in Yamado's last two fights, which he had won, Yamado had begun by charging his opponent...
He failed to see why this fight should be any different.
"AAAAAARRGGGHHHHH!!!" Yamado screemed as he charged his opponent, his main spear in his right hand as he reached to his left side and grabbed another of his special tools.

(No prob, I've been out of it too, I blame Forza getting me hooked on Second Life)
A strong early swing came from Jin, striking the ground directly in front of Yamado. The earth shattered from the force of his chakra infused weapon, the impact sending shards of earth flying in every direction. Despite Jin being in the direct center of the "blast" he seemed unfazed, almost unhurt.

((I'll assume that the blast of earth wasn't merely just rocks flying into the air and had also formed an obscurring smokescreen of dust inbetween Jin and Yamado.))
Suddenly two small spears pierced through the dirt and rock, heading towards Jin, who because of the makeshift smokesceen only saw them at the last moment.

As the spears emerged from the dust, Jin did not flinch. As the spears punctured small holes in Jin's side and shoulder, he did not flinch. As Yamado entered very close proximity, Jin sent all of his strength to his arms. He thrust the ax upwards at a high velocity, the blunt side of the ax aimed directly at his unguarded chin. This would not be a fatal blow, or even a highly damaging one, but a blow to the jaw, no matter how damaging, caused the brain to bounce around in the skull, which would cause temporary loss of muscle control.

((While I appreciate the One Piece reference, I probably should have made some sort of subtle hint that Yamado, after throwing the spears had also jumped over the cloud of dust to attack Jin. Sorry that I made that unclear. If you want you can edit your last post but otherwise this is my post smile )
"AAAARGGHHH!!" Yamado screemed as he jumped down with his spear ready to stab down at Jin, having jumped over the cloud of dust so as to get the drop on him. Some light bruising and scratches caused by the explosion were nothing too serious.
((This is the second time I've used this manuever in the exams, maybe I should name it, "DEATH FROM ABOVE!!!" may be acceptable...
...Spark rules.))

As Jin felt his Ax connect with nothing he realized far too late that he had put a lil too much strength in his swing, and the Ax flew from his hands, directly towards Yamado. The Ax was aimed directly at the young ninja's stomach, and being in the air only hindered movement even more

((Sorry for the late post, again, Christmas time and all that.))
Yamado merely had a moment to widen his eyes in shock as the axe flew towards him. Having only a split second before being hit, not having any footing to change his position as well as having no prior training in airial combat he could only utter a, "Oh shi-GAH!!" as it impacted with his stomache.

Although the blow was not fatal, it would still knock the wind out of Yamado. Using what free time he could, he quickly moved back out of close range and into a medium range between the two. Using a pin, hidden in his sleeve, he cut a small wound in his thumb, drawing just enough blood for a summoning jutsu.
In a burst of smoke two Axes appeared. One was polished black with several silver ornaments on it, the other was a Lute shaped Ax with a base the shape of a Lotus Peach. These were the Axes Taikobou and Otenkun.
"This pair was originally intended for two users... lets see how it works with one"
((If you want I can explain what each does, but I think they are pretty easy to understand mrgreen ))

((I'm going to assume that Fukki is going to make an appearance soon... crap... suu... Wait, if Fukki has the power to drain the energy of allies then I insist that you not use it on me (at least for this fight, out of fairness, I think Outenun will do that just fine, that is if that's what it does), plus I think Westly's fighting, should be interesting to see him fight with a real handicap.))
Yamado landed roughly on the ground and rolled to the side and out of the way, his surprise attack interrupted and the wind knocked from his lungs.
As Jin summoned his new axes, Yamado couldn't help but gulp in anticipation, he knew fully well that Jin's specialty lied within his use of his customized battle guitars and the black one just gave him a bad vibe.
"Huh... well maybe Ah can use dis..." he thought absentmindedly.

"Let's start with Otenkun for now, Sonia Regen" As he played the Ax, waves of sound seemed to gather around Jin. In reality everywhere in the arena field EXEPT an area around Jin was being filled with an odd vibrating sensation. Normally this would be harmless, but when the area became concentrated, The vibrations would begin to mess soft organic material it collided with, I.E. Yamado. From the victom's point of view, it would begin feeling like a light rain. But internally his organs were being bombarded by sonic impacts.
The speed at which Jin played increased and the effected area began to move from the harmless weak phase, to the intense/damaging phase
((There will be no Fukki in this fight I hope))
(Also Regen is German for Rain)

As the sound waves focused on Yamado, he began to sense something amiss. For one thing he could see small pebbles and rocks shake along the ground in a shrinking radius around him, the rocks shaking more and more violently as the circumference drew towards him. Secondly with his recently healed injuries being slightly more sensitive than regular he could feel the vibrations in his own body, causing discomfort.
Quickly grabbing the equipment of the floor he ran away from the circle of sound waves to regain his composure.

Yamado's actions only brought a small grin to Jin's lips.
"Too smart for Otenkun, eh?"
Jin dispelled both summons and reached into his kunai pouch, but instead of a Kunai, he drew out several tuning forks. In one swift swing of his arm, he threw each of them, handle first at area to which Yamado was standing, none of them actually aimed at Yamado.
