unfortunately there are only certain times that a snowman may be made.
we have what is reffered to as "packing snow" and "dry snow" you cannot stick dry snow together as it is like trying to build a man out of many many packets of packaged sugar, it is pure powder. If it has recently gotten above freezing for a brief time packing snow is formed, much like if you add a bit of water to sugar it clumps up. Packing snow is wetter and heavier than drier snow, both snow fission and snow fusion are possible
snow fission: seperating snow for easier transportation (shoveling or plowing) snow fusion: compacting snow flakes together to make a snow ball

this is our backyard fence after the snow storm

and this is our front yard.

I loved it so much...got me out of school for once this year. with trimesters getting snow days is practically impossible.

Close to Detroit? Oh gawd Dx
I'm bad with the geography of Michigan, I know I'm kinda close to Detroit, like, 30 minutes to an hour drive.
Seigest: All the snow has practically melted by now, it reminds me of March weather. xD
