Glancing at the rim of trees she had just come from the black and white hound knew she was leaving the borders of her family's home. She had to escape Gawain's notice as he was patrolling the borders; she turned from the rim of trees and ran to the trees on the other side. She'd return home latter. Mother had no lessons planned for today and Father was busy as well. Heavens only knew what Rook was doing and Kyrie was off healing other hounds...
Kelda was on her own. She continued running feeling the freedom of the world outside her home. No one was going to try and mold her into anything here, and she could be herself. Yet she still wanted to prove herself more than anything to her family, she didn’t think she could confined to her homeland.
Mist was spread throughout the trees she passed it wasn’t as thick as it had been the day before, it parted as the blue eyed hound passed through, the branches tried to tangle themselves in her antlers as she continued she lowered her head and broke through the trees. She stopped glancing at her new surroundings.
A lake covered in mist rimmed by trees, she looked skyward it was about mid day now she figured. Kelda looked around and didn’t see anyone else…
Good.

((Sorry, too lazy to look for Bramble's uncert right now, and I don't think he's been certed yet, but check my sig, and he's there. sweatdrop ))
Bramble struggled to keep from fidgeting as he lay in the undergrowth, watching the black and white hellhound standing beside the lake. Once again his restlessness had overcome him, and he'd left his usual home of the vast deserts to wander through Oblivion. He wasn't specifically looking for company, so the relief he found in seeing another soul surprised him.
His tail twitched involuntarily as Bramble's inability to sit still reared it's ugly head once again. Bramble winced, causing his front paw to jerk. He had to hold in an exasperated sigh as the bracelet of brambles scratched against the surrounding leaves. He still wasn't sure if he should go out and meet the other hound or not. She could be dangerous, or at the very least maybe she wanted to be alone... She had the scent of other hounds on her, so she was probably living with a group; maybe she'd wandered off to find a moment alone...

He had given up. Growling softly to himself, he glared daggers into the soft earth. He didn't quite remember how he got up there in the first place chasing after that damned tree-rodent rodent-thing. A hound of any degree didn't really belong where he was now.
Orcini was stuck in a tree.
"I can't believe I didn't feel myself going up," he groaned, his tail trashing in irratation. A soft noise dragged his attention from his current probelm. He saw a small black and white hound in one direction and a dusty brown one in the other. Orcini bounced on his branch hoping they would see.

Kelda watched the still water's surface silently within her own thoughts, she smiled softly. And her family wasn't here to bother her either. Wait what was that?! Kelda sniffed why hadn’t she caught the sent before. She looked around rather ashamed of herself. Though not as ashamed as she would be if she where in the other's position.
He was stuck in a tree... That was worse far worse. And yet another hid in the underbrush nearby. Why couldn't she have simply been left alone, She sighed. Kelda motioned for the hidden hound to come help as she walked toward the hound in a tree.
Well at least she could tell Rook something interesting and he could make fun of that instead of her.
Kelda examined the scene before her. This was going to be tricky. She might as well gather some information before trying anything.
"How did you get up there?" she asked quietly disliking to raise her voice.

Orcini glanced down at the two hounds. His fur bristled. They looked almoost amused that he was up there.
"If you must know," he growled, "I was trying to KILL EVIL!" He puffed out his chest proudly and lost his balance. His claws dug into the rough bark in order to keep him upright.
"Dammit!" he barked as his red robes were peirced by a small branch. He froze in order not to tear them. "You! Can you help me?"

Bramble sighed. The black and white hound had spotted him. As had that hound in the tree, with the odd crimson shrouds...
Bramble bounced up and stretched, glad to once again be able to move, then trotted softly over to the base of the tree where the hound was stuck.
"Killing Evil, you say?" He suppressed a small smile, "and I suppose this... 'evil' scurried up the tree and dissappeared into thin air like the evil thing it was, eh?" He took a step back and surveyed the situation.
"Well, those red blankets of yours seem to be caught pretty good. You'll need to untangle those before you can get down... And if we're to help you, we'll have to go up..."
Bramble flicked his tail as he examined the tree. It had many low branches, close to the ground. It would be easy to get up; just like climbing the wooden stairs at that desert temple he'd found once. He took his first steps, carefully placing his paws on the lowermost branches.
"I'll be up in just a minute," he grinned cheerily, "just don't move until I get there, you might tangle your blankets even more."
((Hehe. Bramble's turning out surprisingly disrespectful and adventurous. whee ))

Killing evil... Kelda was skeptical but said nothing.
Reaching up with her muzzle she worked on untangling the cloth closer to her level since the brown hound was already up the tree. Why was he wearing such garments in the first place? They where a hindrance after all.
"If you tore them off you'd never have another problem," she offered quietly untangling part of his robes. He was a fool to even wear them, she thought privately.

Nuada was bored and was wondering around.
"Grrrrrr......Why is it everywhere I go, there are no cute girls around?"

Ocini stood so still, not even death could make him move. As the tree bounced up and down under him, due to the weight of the one climbing it, Orcini's stomach flipped. He felt a little dizzy.
Up.
Down.
Up.
Down.
"Will this never end?" he prayed to some unseen force. He noticed his robes, near his back leg, had become unangled. He let out a sigh of relief until he heard what the female muttered.
"These robes mark me for who I am and what I stand for! I AM A KNIGHT....!!!!" Suddenly he felt very sick, being slightly afraid of heights and the bouncing motion coming to a halt as Bramble reached him, and he groaned lowering his head to the rough bark.
"I swear I will never do this again, just make it stooooop."

Bramble once again had to force back a smile as the other hound appeared to become motion sick. He spotted the main source of the mess; a large knot forming around a hole in the red material where a branch had poked through. He decided to untangle the cloth before lifting it off of the branch. He carefully began the work, using his teeth to pull a piece of the fabric through a tight loop of the same stuff.
"A Night, huh?" he grunted the words past his gritted teeth, "if you're a night, shouldn't you be wearing.... black, or something? With this garish shade of red, you seem more like... A sunset, or a sunrise.... Or a forest fire. An erupting volcano. Other horrific natural disasters. Lift your head a bit, pull the cloth tight. It's all draping over the branch and I can't get at the parts I need to."
Just then, Bramble noticed another hound walking through the forest. He couldn't see the hound very well from up in the tree branches, but it was indeed another hound, one who appeared to be muttering to himself.
"Hey, look over there," he nodded in the direction of the strange hound, the branch swaying slightly as he did so.

Kelda sighed at the other's ignorance "It's Knight... one who upholds justice not night as in the time of day." she said quietly "My brother Gawain is a Knight though he doesn't wear strange cloth like you, he doesn't need it." She couldn't understand a knight was measured by worth and not what he/she wore. It was the most basic principle; Gawain had said something like that.
You shouldn't need to be marked. Kelda thought not answering the other hound verbally. She stepped back having untangled him as best she could where she was.
Unsurprised though when the other loud hound spoke of the other nearby she smelt him coming but didn't say anything nor did she turn and look to see who it was, she knew it wasn't anyone she had known.

As soon as Orcini was untangled, he turned to flee from the tree and slipped. He feel about six feet to the ground and landed on his side.
"For the love of... owowowowow," he yelped. He was winded, but as he gasped for air, he smelt the playboy coming their way. Playboy, his worst foe.
He stumbled to his paws and growled, his fur bristling. It was as if he didn't even feel the fall's bruises and cuts.
((A that is how thick his head is. I read in a book a saying, "Keep your mind free of destraction and the flames stay cool to the touch." I based Orcini on that. He'll feel it later. ^^))

"I see," Bramble said in reply to the female hound's correction, though he really didn't. "There, now you're untangled." He burst out laughing when the 'knight' fell to the ground. He managed to regain control as he picked a more careful route out of the tree. But he was startled when the other hound leapt to his feet, fur bristling. Had he been that offended by Bramble's laughter? Then Bramble realized that the 'knight' was facing the strange hound approaching...

The blue eyed femme gave a nod figuring he didn't quite understand but that was alright, she might as well leave now before things got too crowed and the ‘knight’ decided to defend her or something which she didn’t need at the moment.
Barring the way was that strange hound seemingly only interested in females. Kelda did turn finally and stared down at him in a regal manner as though he was beneath her. She didn't do that often but this time required she look like she could stand up for herself, which if she needed to she could.
"Farewell." she said keeping her head raised "I'm no longer needed here, you strange knight, are out of your tree and you have enough help to deal with this other whom you have decided as your nemesis." After this it would be refreshing to return home... this was just insanity.
