Ian, that's true and also not true. The chances of getting a significant prize are slim. People spend way more gold on the item than the item grants prizes.

Gaia hires economic experts to help them with the site. Every economy is bound to suck at some point, but it's not like the admins are making careless decisions.

Not entirely true. That Sagger guy was pretty useless, imo. (As the 2% tax caused more inflation...) That being said, I like this item. Until the christmas rush && fortune egg hit, the Gaia economy, like real life, was in a free-fall. In removing botted gold, they killed inflation and caused a lot of item prices to stagnate. Now things have picked up again, and I think the GGR will help maintain this.

I like the brightside of Ian.
This will help me a lot, since I vend mostly all cash shop items.
You can make a decent profit buying around 10 or 20 of them and waiting a couple months after they're out of the CS.
