It's so hard to definitively identify voices, because some voice actors use 2-3 pseudonyms and because they are often "doing" voices, rather than just speaking. They do overlap many jobs, though. I'm pretty sure that Young Knives is also Tetsuo in the English re-dub of "Akira", but the credits are insanely messed up for that movie.
Voicechasers.com used to do a good job of tracking voice credits, but their database has gotten farther and farther behind. IMDb has extensive lists if anyone wants to compare:
