Isn't that true of every single New Year, including ones a hundred years from now? O:
I don't understand all the hype of New Years, personally. I don't see the point in celebrating the time when December 31st changes into January 1st.
It's just like any other day, except that now you have to try and remember to write "2009" as opposed to "2008".

The vindi does have a point. It's cool that we're heading to a new year, but after those few seconds, people go back to what they were doing..like sex, or birthdays(cause sex and birthdays are similar right? blaugh )
