Not that being psychic isn't anything bad, but ever since I started college I got so stressed and focused on work that my psychic abilities went away. It lasted like this for many months now, and I was finally normal, no more headaches or being overwhelmed from things I couldn't control.
But last night, I had 3 spirits come to me and I had my first vision in a long time of two of my old friends, and today they contacted me for the first time in so long. And after the second one contacted me I just became in this state, where I feel every psychic sensation again, and I'm currently stuck in this state.
It feels like there's pressure all around me, energy flowing over my skin, like my head is slowly spinning in space and everything with light and sound is amplified.
Sorry if I'm not making sense at this point, I'm just overwhelmed right now... and I didn't know where to turn, so I came here to seek help.
What is happening? Why are my abilities coming back now, out of nowhere?
Literally for months I felt nothing psychic and all the sudden every single thing is returning to me. I'm like in a disconnected state right now.

I apologize for the late reply, but it sounds to me like your stress was inhibiting you. Maybe now you're playing catch-up?

I'm like in a disconnected state right now. i thriv ein tose moments. it makes me feel all powerful though i know im not. so many things i coul do to help people. well i think it would be that you finally go tused to the stress and relaxed enough to sense everything again. it never went away you jus tignored it. abilities are not shutof flike power switches.
