This battleground is of an almost swampy terrain. It is thickly vegetated, which provides good places to hide, but the ground is very wet, and noisy when you step on it. It used to be full of animals, but they have all scattered because of the fighting. It's almost always humid there, although in winter the muddy ground freezes into a thin layer of ice.
