Okay... So we all can see this guild is on the decline.
But does anybody have any idea on how to stop the guild from going belly-up?
We need probably everything: New members, new activities, and mabye a new image.
Right now, I'm a little stumped on what to do, so I'm asking all active people to atleast, add to the Poll count... That way we know how many people we have to start.
And don't worry, a good wiff of buckshot will clear that headcrab problem right up.

I would say more advertisement, and get a hold of FARGORE some how since it is his guild and ask what he wants to be done with it.
I mean. I love this guild, and I think he did do a good job on the battle system. I would hate to see this guild die, but it is all up to FARGORE if he wants to keep it up and running, or what. Its his guild, and his battle system, so its just all up to him.

Actually, Varnis, Fargore left how to keep the guild alive with me. I can still get in contact with him if you would want me to, but he left me in charge with how the guild is run. I am trying my best. I have added some advertisement around places and might be adding some new stuff to the guild that Fargore made. If there are any ideas on how I can help revive this guild, please tell me. I will be, hopefully, promoting 2-3 people to minor DM status soon so we can have more people to run stuff, but feel free to run stuff even if you're not a DM. Oh, and I'm going to be hosting a lot of minigames, and my girlfriend might even host one soon (she is planning to start it later today or tomorrow).
Oh, and if we need a new banner or graphics for the front page, or for advertisements, or an update to the banner, I could make it. I am learning how to use flash in my computer class. Also, I could edit it using fireworks at school. If you would like me to work on a banner using flash or edit it using fireworks, please send me any pictures/graphics via email to Eldaesar@yahoo.com so I can work on it. If you want me to make some flash banners, which I do want to do, please send me some pictures to make a flash banner.

Oh. If I had known that he did I probably wouldn't posted. I'm sure you can get the guild up and running again like it was before. I would liek to run a few things, but I am not sure if I could possibly do it, as I do not know much of how the guild is run and such, so I don't think I would be good at doing stuff like that.
I do have an idea though. The SDRP guild might help this guild get back up and running. Its a guild full of role players. I don't know if you have talked to them yet or not.
And... On a side note. We could do out of guild events to show how well the battle system works, and to see if people would like to join it. Like we advertise in other guilds that let us, and have them Pm some one in the guild, help them make a character, and take them through a mini-event in the Pm, and if they like the event, they can decide to join the guild and such.

That sounds like a good idea for advertising, but there is one problem. We can't run a mini-event in the PM because there are no dice. And I'll see if I can advertise through that guild, I am in that guild so I'll talk to them soon.

I had forgotten about there not being any dice in the Pms. Maybe a link to a thread in the chatter box or something for just the mini-event?

If it is a copy-righted thing, we can do it in the RP forum. Posting something like demonstration only can ensure we don't have too many interuptions by less observant people in the forums. I'm sure nobody would actually try to steal the guild's system for their own personal purposes.
We could give links and let people PM us with questions... Mabye have it an ever-running thread; we'll keep posting things and take turns DMing different little non-cannon side stories.
