As you enter the room the first thing you notice is a vast amount of training dummies on the right that are red. To the left there are similar dummies that are blue in color. You notice a sign on the side of the red dummies that reads "These dolls are focused to help you increase your strength and endurance. They are extremely hard to inflict any damage on, and with each strike help increase your strength. These dolls are to practice your physical attacks on, anyone caught using kidou on them will be expelled from Squad 8" On the other side with the blue dolls there is another sign that reads "These dolls are to help you increase your spiritual power. Standing near them they will absorb your spiritual energy. They are extremely resistant to Kidou based attacks. These dolls are to train your kidou on, anyone caught using physical attacks on these will be expelled from Squad 8"
As you walk farther into the room past the vast amount of red and blue dolls there is a speed course, it is set up with many obstacles and shifting floors. At the beginning there is a switch where you can input your rank in the squad. This causes the course to move at a speed you should initially be able to function at and will increase in speed the more you do it to help you increase your speed.

Fuyu stepped into the training grounds and waited for Vyxin to enter also.

Vyxin followed Fuyu into the training grounds, still blushing a low blush. How the hell am I supposed to fight him, with his shirt off? She thought to herself; the blush getting darker.

He laughed. "Am I really that distracting without a shirt? I mean its not like I have anything to distract someone." He grinned. "Anyway if it really bothers you that much I can do back and get another shirt."

Vyxin smiled a nervous smile at Fuyu. "No it's not destracting." She lied, trying to make it beleivable. Her face grew lighter, but with a small blush apon her face. Trying to get her mind off of the conversation, she leaned up against the building, closed her eyes and tryed to get connected with her inner spirit; not paying anymore attention to Fuyu.

Fuyu disappeared after she closed her eyes and a few seconds later was back wearing a white shirt that appeared to have had the sleeves ripped off of it. "Now then. There has to be at least one Kidou you like. Or find to look interesting. I would like to know which one that is."

Vyxin opened her eyes, but stayed where she was. Her blush went away quickly once she saw that he had a shirt on. Putting her hands up and growing a soft smile, she spoke. "I don't like any kidou... that's why I wanted you to train with me. The Captain of kidou throughout the soul society." Putting her hands back to her sides, the same cloud grew over her own head as before, but didn't rain. "I like to control water and lightning... not kidou. I'll probably only use kidou, if pressured into using it, or if it is a major need."

"Lightning hmm?" He smiled as his reiatsu began to build up in his fingers. "Hado #4: Byakurai" He pointed his finger at a kidou training dummy as the bolt of white lightning shot out from his finger. He looked at her and smiled or there is this one. "Hado #11: Tsuzuri Raiden" The sound of electricity cracking became audible as small currents began to run all over his body. He released a bit more reiatsu and the small currents grew larger and louder. He then let the kidou die down. "Hmm...." He trailed off thinking. "Ah yes. Hado #63: Raikōhō" A large beam of yellow electricity shot out of his finger at a kidou dummy, completely destroying it. "and last but certainly not least since it is the most powerful of them....Hado #88: Hiryugekizokushintenraiho" This time he had his finger aimed at a new kidou dummy. The blast sent forth from his finger was gigantic and managed to destroy multiple kidou dummies in the process. "Those are the electric Kidou. Surely you like one of these. or possibly more."

Vyxin looked at him with amazement. "Us kidou... like that? Me?" She said, with laughter in her voice. "Like I said before... I'll probably only use it if I'm pressured into it." Putting her hands up, she shook her head. "Are you sure you just don't want to practice something else?"

"Very well." He sighed. "Are you sure you wouldn't like to learn how to make them effective before you are forced to use them?" He laughed as he disappeared and then reappeared beside her. "Hado #11: Tsuzuri Raiden" His body began to let off an intense cracking sound as large currents of electricity began to flow all over his body. As soon as the kidou was active he brought his right leg up throwing a kick at her mid-section followed by him raising a finger and pointing it at her. "Hado #4: Byakurai" A beam of white energy shot out directly for her right shoulder.

Shinpo'ing away, Vyxin looked back at him. "Using force isn't going to make me use it. It will just make me want to use it less." Saying this, she shinpo'd on the opposite side of him. "Sorry." She said, her smile getting warm. Leaning back against the wall.

"I'm not using 'force' I am going to force you to have the need to use kidou though." He smiled at her before withdrawing his dagger from inside the wraps around his arm. "Now then. Come at me with as much force as you wish."

Vyxin smiled at him. "I don't want to use my zanpaktou or any weapons. I like using my hands and my certain... ability." Saying this, the cloud hovering over her head grew black and electricity ingulfed it. "With little ease, I like to use my ability to control water and lightning. The storm grows with my emotions."

"Well if you like using your hands...." Fuyu replaced the dagger. "I am very surprised you do not like Kidou, since it requires no weapon to use. But I suppose I can't hold not liking kidou against you." He took a step forward and was suddenly behind her. He raised his arms and wrapped them gently around her neck with his chin on her shoulder. "Its a shame you don't like my favorite thing. Well perhaps my second favorite." He smiled and released her stepping back and disappearing again. This time he was to her right standing on a fighting dummy.
