(I like the idea that the poke'mon Universe should not be a childish matter. There are people who would use poke'mon in a way that could possibly bring about the end of that Universe, as I will demonstrate.)
In the world of poke'mon, there are good times, and there are bad times. This is sadly, one of the latter. A corrupt force rules the planet, known as Dimentia. They choose not to put Team in front of their name, because they think it sounds stupid. They own the planet and everything on it, even the wildlife. Their leader, Kuro, is devising his final plan: to wipe out what remains of the human race, and finally allow poke'mon to reclaim the planet. He believes that all humans are filthy parasites, creating and generating pollutants that harm the planet, and in turn, the wildlife and poke'mon. Now that he rules the world, he has the resouces to build the ultimate machine, that will destroy the human race, and spare the poke'mon. He simply needs one piece: the power source. And he knows of but one power source big enough to destroy what remains of the humans: Jirachi. And it is his goal to find it, and use it.
But there is also a team of rebels, calling themselves Survival, a simple yet nice enough name, it got the point across. It was no acronym, either. They too are searching for anything powerful enough to fuel a machine capable of whiping out an entire species, in the hopes of keeping it away from Kuro.

Rules, obey them.
1. No godmodding. For those of you who don't know, a godmod is any action you take that controls another person's character. Even "I kicked him hard, and he fell to the floor" is a godmod, unless you are talking about your own character kicking another character you own. This also pertains to repeated dodging of another person's attack, you have to get hit once in awhile, no one can hold out forever.
2. What I say is law here. As long as you post in my forum, you abide by my rules. I don't want to sound like a jerk, but that's how it should be.
3. No flaming, no arguments. If you have a dispute, bring it to me, and I will help you end your quarrel as fairly as I can.
4. Please try not to 1-line it. I don't mind if you do, as long as you get the message across, but it realy makes you look bad to 1-line in an RP. This pertains to only having one line or sentence of text.
5. Try to be as literate as possible. Use whatever for OOC chat, but use " " for characters talking.

He has hated humankind for this reason, and has come to witness all they do as evil. All of his poke'mon are not kept in poke'balls, and are his best, possibly only, friends. He believes nature diserves a second chance at the world, and is hellbent on destroying humankind to let it. He realises that what he is plotting will destroy himself, but it is for a greater cause in his eyes, and worth dying for.

Description: a moderately tall gut wearing a orange jacket that's not zipped up all the way (halfway). he has a royal blue undershirt underneath. he has tan shorts with many pockets at the side. around his waist, he has a red belt with six pokeball holders. unfortunately, he never uses them. he stores his pokeballs in his pockets. his shoes are blue with a orange line near the soles which are black.

History: Andre was like any other boy back then. but when dementia started to look for Jirachi, he and his parents fled in search of a hiding spot. when they found one, they became ill and needed medicine. so while searching for medicine, he found a mentor who taught him how to battle and raise pokemon. after his parents became better, he went off and joined the rebel group survival (who is the leader?) in hopes of stopping the dementia problem.
