Neppa walks into the room, wondering what it's used for. He looks around and sees the furnishings and decides to sit down. He had been walking around for some time now.

Qastor also walks into the room with an insignia and a special haori on,"Welcome to the Shinigami Mens association." (anyone mind if Im the supervising chairperson.)

Neppa notices the captain entering and got off the chair and took a knee to bow. "Greetings Captain." He returned to his seat. He decided he would stay around to see what happens.

"Welcome to the new recently organized Shinigami Mens Association Im assuming you want to join. Im captain Qastor of Squad Eleven Im also the now standing Chair person of this group. Here we do basically the same as the Shinigami Womens Association however since we are the rival organization we do it better."

"Well... I guess it wouldn't hurt..." Neppa really didn't see a problem with it. He'd join and see what it was like. A Captain would be overseeing it, so nothing bad would probably happen. Plus, he needed something to do before he joined a squad.

"Alright then Ill need your full name and then for you to sign this membership card we get free drinks at the Jade Flower on saturdays well technically its a slight discount but still close enough." Qastor handed Neppa a card and pulled out a pen and a members sheet to write down his name.

Neppa nodded and took the card, pen, and paper. Seeing as there were no other names on the paper, he wrote 疫病熱波(Ebikyou Neppa) on the top slot. He handed it back to Qastor and put the card in one of the pockets in his gi.

"Good then you will be our captain just know that it is your job to keep this place a secret being in the secret chambers of squad Eleven it is well protected just dont tell any nonmembers about where it is especially not a female." Qastor sat down after putting the paper back up and pulled out a bottle of his special extra strength saki and pulled out two small cups. "Would you like some its my special brew or are you not a saki person ?"

"Huh? What?" Captain? Him? "I'm not even part of a squad yet. I don't think I should be taking on such a responsibility..." He really didn't think he was quite ready for this. He shook his head and decided that if he must, he would. The offer of the sake spiked his interest. "As long as it isn't cold..."

"Relax its not that big of a deal hot stuff your captain of the S.M.A. not like a squad captain." Qastor took a small sip of the sake for a second he closed his eyes and leaned back." Aaaaaah, nope its a bit chilled but its better that way trust me."

"Yes, captain." Neppa nodded. He did agree, it wasn't like he was captain of a squad. He let out a sigh, remembering that he was, in fact, the leader of that gang he was a member of so long ago. Shouldn't be too much harder, right? "I'll have to respectfully decline then," nodding towards the sake to identify the topic of his statement.

Koma walked into the room. "Hello. I was just wondering if I could join..." he said standing in the doorway quietly waiting for a reply as he looked out through the other two people in the room.

Neppa turned around at the voice and looked at the new person. "Ah, yes, of course Captain Koma." He looked back at Captain Qastor, and took the roll sheet, pen, and a card to give to the new person. "I'm Ebikyou Neppa, the current president of this association." He handed the card and roll sheet to the new person. "Just sign your name here. The card will apparently give us a discount on drinks at the Jade Flower."

"Nice to meet you." Koma said taking a pen and the other items handed to him and writing Koma Trah on the list and on the back of the card. "I'm not much of a heavy drinker but a discount never hurts when I want a drink." He said handing back the sheet and pen.
