Rules:
1. Please no begging of any kind on this thread, plenty of other places to ask for charity/donations/free pets/ect
2. Please do not ask for pets when none are for sale, we will try and put at least a few eggs up for sale every week, along with large flat sales every so often and special sales for limited editions
3. Please follow ALL of gaias rules (this *should* be a given, yet some people find it hard to do)
4. Please Follow any rules and or instructions/directions regarding this thread made by myself, Dreamer x90, or Burtron

F.A.Q.
1:
Q~ Why do you have a F.A.Q. when you are just opening and cannot possibly have gotten any questions from users?
A~ Because these are just some first, general questions people usually have, as we get more we will add them to the F.A.Q.

Q~ Do these pets grow or "evolve"?
A~ Yes! right now all pets have 3 stages: Egg>baby>adult

Q~ Can they Breed?
A~ Yes! Our pets can breed in pairs of a male and female, same species only please (as of yet we do not want to produce any abominations to nature)
4:
Q~ Are you planning on introducing more/new pets?
A~ Yes! we have plans for at least a 4th sea creature and for land and sky pets.
5:
Q~ What is with the name "Mansion Pets"?
A~ Burtron (Captian) and Dreamer x90 (Crew) are both members of a guild called "Burtron's Sugar Mansion" and thought it would be nice to tie the projects together with the same theme.

Q~ Who should I contact if I have any questions regarding this shop?
A~ Please direct all questions towards Mansion Pet Mistress, Pm's to Dreamer X90 and burtron will probably be answered but if they are shop related may be done with a frown stare

Q~ Once I buy a tank can I add more pets to it later?
A~ Yes, once you buy a tank we can add more to the tanks.
About Us:
Burtron Joined Gaia in December of 2004 and started a give away thread in the chatter box where he met Dreamer X90. Both enjoy pets and decided to create a Breedable shop of there own. He's a bit of a suggah daddy takes care of his women. wink
Dreamer x90 Joined gaia in August of 2004 and has done work for several pet shops including coloring. She worked with the former fuzzy lizard charity on gaia helping out poor and new users, and met Burtron in his 500-15 give away thread in the chatter box and have been close friends ever since. Dreamer has a love of pets and is working on building her own zoo to house them all.

As your pets age, they're going to go through some life stages. They'll hatch into babies, and then grow into adult males and females, capable of breeding to produce more eggs!
*note: the female octopi also have eyelashes
Growth: You can expect your eggs to hatch in about 3 days, be babies for about a week after that, and adults a week after that. All animals will bounce around in their tank except for the adult octopii. biggrin
TANK MAX CAPACITY: These guys need some room to move around and grow, plus with all the extra stuff to add, there can only be so many pets in a tank. You may have up to:
Large Tank: 2 octopi -or- 4 fish/seahorses -or- 1 octopus + 2 fish/seahorses
Small Tank: 1 octopus -or- 2 fish/seahorses

Completely unique aquatic animals can be drawn and colored for a sealed letter. Please note these can take up to a week to be made and given to you. heart Second generation pets will look like their parents but have a color combination unique to them. heart
Due to facility limitations we can only handle 4 breeding sets at any one time, and you may have to wait up to a week for your baby eggs. Each breeding is capable of producing 2-4 eggs. Yes, you must have a male and female of the same species to breed. Use two of your own, or make friends with other tank owners and breed your animals together! biggrin

Specials and Future plans....
We are hoping to move into a larger Bio-Center soon and not only expand our marine facilities but also add earthen and aerial creatures to our operations.

CURRENT CONTESTS
