In this world you are ranked by your age, experience, placement (job/grade), then by your guild ranking (captain, vice captian, crew and member), and finally your class rankings. Here are the rankings.
Age:
Obviously the older you are the higher you're ranked. Each year equals +2 points.
Ex: If you're character's 7 years old you get 14 points. Etc.

Experience:
There's no sure fire way to get through this. But the way it'll work is I'll add points according to how detailed you're profile is, and from there after you can earn more if you do well in the guild. These points can also be subtracted. I and the other Vice captains will keep a log of what's added and why in this forum.

** Based on the number of people allowed to control the NPC
Story NPCs ~ + 50
** Crucial to the storyline in the long run
