A specific alloy made up that's known for high-speed mechs, that's not particularly strong for taking impact, but due to vibrations in the molecular structure, it's capable of excellent parrying and dodging skills. it's notable feature is it's ability to ripple when glancing blows, causing an almost lifelike appearance.
150-175 armor score: ferro-duranium. Standard alloy on most mechs, it's capable of handling impact or blaster hits on occasion.
175+ armor score, you're stuck with diamond-laced neutronium. A difficult material that's strong as hell. Can only be produced by geothermal plants or solar furnaces due to high tolerances. Makes artillery shells look like mosquito's. Minimum weight: 80 tons.
Powerplant: ( Powerplants are just what your using. Your power is determined by your stats.
Minovsky generator- A fusion generator that is great on a lot of mechs, but has a byproduct of particles which jam radar and missle guidance systems. more details can be found at this site: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Universal_Century_technology#Minovsky_Physics
Problem is that this generator requires specific catalysts to run, thereby making it hard to find and rare in many mechs.
HiPER generator: High Power laser Energy Reaction generator, another fusion generator that harnesses the power of the sun by focusing intense lasers and magnetic fields inside a core. Using cold laser technology, the equivalent of a miniature sun's power is harnessed to create massive amounts of energy for the mech, and allow it to use the most massive of weapons. Only available on assault mechs (80+ tonnes)
Nuclear fission: A banned powerplant due to it's highly radioactive core. Easy to find, mine, and produce, they are capable of being put into any suit and generate massive power. Side effects may include cancer, radiation poisoning, meltdown, and inability to have an ejection system that survives.
EMF generator: A standard generator for current battlemechs. By harnessing the currents induced within a tightly packed solenoid coil, a nearly silent generator is produced. The flux created by a moving charge through the coil induces current and creates power for the mech. No advantages. )

give or take when comparing in between score. this is just a consideration, not necessarily to be taken literally. If you're an 80 ton mech with a high speed, that doesn't mean you'll outrace a battlemech that's a couple points slower.
Overpower score: Overpower is the ability to carry armor, shielding, ammunition, weapons, as well as being able to reverse, power through, or otherwise overpower another mech's defenses or attacks. a high overpower will allow for a mech to throw his opponent down, reverse his attack, carry more ammunition than a low overpower score. It will also allow for the mech to 'power through' an attack better, like taking a direct hit better wihtout losing inertia and like.
Overpower score is Energy score plus 1/2 power.

He lived on a farm, and was not the brightest kid of the bunch, but he did his chores dilligently, and like most farmboys, loved the way the fields harvested. As a war came, the boy was drafted, and quickly his skills were tested, and it turned out he wasn't a half bad pilot. He rose to the rank of Colonel before he retired, going back to his farmlife, his wife, and his son. With the newfound prestige and education of a military life, nothing seemed to be so bad, even if everywhere else seemed kind of rough. Twenty-two years ago, the first daughter of the Dravis family came into existance. Her brother, William, had already begun to watch the work on the farm, and as an older brother, welcomed her existance. As she grew, a sister came to the Dravis family, and thus, the trio was incorporated. William quickly was taught the ways of the mech, much like his father, and accepted into the military academy. The farm and the logging were enough to have Eileen also be taught mech usage, to make up for the loss of William. Eileen was usually kind to her family, laughing at jokes, taking care of her sister with showering affection. The controls of a mech helped keep the family afloat, but she too quickly found a great scholarship and job opportunities within the military as well. Sad to say, her first assignment was at the keystone stronghold of Deguello, a noted leypoint for the local region. Special orders from Colonel William Dravis let the Second Lieutenant Eileen Dravis help secure the region. Along with 178 other pilots, the fortified region was entirely said to be secured, or so they thought. Suddenly, and without warning, the stronghold came under attack by around 2000 mechs, under the command of General Sovane Renheart. When sending an officer to demand surrender, Colonel Dravis quickly answered with a round through the mech’s torso, a defiant act. Battle had besieged the fortress. On the second day, Colonel Dravis’s mech was hit by a lucky shot, piercing the nuclear core and causing a meltdown, effectively trapping him in the melting slab of metal and killing him due to aphyxiation and fifth degree burns. Unsure what to do, the captain in charge froze from the sight, as the Second Lieutant Eileen Dravis took command, and repelled the invaders again. Six more days passed, as reinforcements didn’t arrive still, and the numbers were wearing thin. By day ten, when the support had arrived, 14 pilots still lived, many on the brink of exhaustion, beaten back to a small room within the fortress itself, sleep deprived and paranoid. To this day, the extent of the attacks on Eileen’s psyche is unknown, though she is considered a hero to many as a sign of both bravery and heroism. Offered the Anubis-class mech, her unothodox piloting skills have only grown more reputable, and she is perhaps one of the few who hold rank that do not actively hold command. Now joined by her sister, she has even more at stake in this war, which neither song nor propaganda can help change. She goes by the callsign Ifrit, after the mythic jinns who are strong, cunning, and seem to be immune to ordinary weapons and forces. Mech Background: The Anubis class Mech is considered the first ‘mobile’ armored core, a particular asset to the Humans on earth. A very expensive mech to produce, it is rather small for an armored core, only weighing in at 85 tons. But, the massive adaptability and heavy plating lead it to be very useful in combat situations where you can’t just have a standard platform. Due to the unique armor it wears, it is usually much cheaper just to repair parts than build a mass amount of suits, so only 14 are in operation at the time. Of those 14, 10 are part of the Elite Guard stationed at the capital. Of the four remaining, the so called ‘riders of the apocalypse’ are the special core used when fighting must-win battles. Of the four, only one has been nicknamed ‘death’, the one piloted by Ifrit, Colonel Eileen Dravis. Aside from learning to master the demon thing, growing up was normal. Graduated a year early from high school, and went straight into the military. It looked challenging. Medical knowledge came easy, and being a succubus made psychology second nature. It also made the occasional need to sleep up a rank feel a little easier. Has been in her current position for some time, and has no interest in advancing. Race: succubus Appearance: Stands about five foot two, build often compared to a dancer. Bio: Daddy was a famous mecha pilot and when he meet mamma he retired from service and married her. She was a doctor; and they meet after a fierce battle where he was gravely wounded. Mamma nursed him back to health, falling in love with his as time passed. After the war, they were married and they bought a house. Daddy started up his own business, a logging company, and mamma started up a clinic. A few years latter big brother was born. He helped daddy when he was old enough to pilot one of the logging mecha’s. Proud of daddy’s war achievements he enlisted into a military academy and graduated with high honors. Daddy was so proud of him, and when he was assigned to be a mecha-jock daddy almost cried. I do remember mamma and daddy crying at his funeral, that was a sad and rainy day. Three years after big brother was born big sister was born. She followed in big brothers footsteps; the two of them were inseparable. Big sister helped Daddy and big bro with his the logging company too. I have a picture of the two of them piloting a logging mech together, but that was before I was born. Big sister fallowed big brother all the way to being assigned as a mech-jockey as well. Daddy was so proud of his first two children, but then that fateful day happened, and big brother was killed. Mamma and daddy were never the same, at least to me they weren’t. Nine years after big brother and six years after big sister were born I was born. Like my older siblings, I loved to pilot daddy’s logging mecha’s, but when big brother died that all changed for me. Daddy forbid me to pilot the mechs anymore, but what neither Daddy nor I know was that Mamma had done something to me while I was still in her womb. Mamma was a great doctor, a brilliant geneticist that worked on cutting edge of human augmentation during the war. She’s was always having to leave home and help someone, even after the war was over, I never knew who or for what. That’s what I was told anyways, after I was born I Mamma rarely left the house and money was never a problem for as long as I can remember. After Big Bro died in the big battle and Daddy stopped taking me with him to work, I was left at home with Mamma a lot. She was very smart and home schooled me, we would play all types of games, she could make learning fun, and I learned quickly. I didn’t know it but she was teaching me more than someone my age should know. She was working on bringing out the genes she had altered, training my mind with mathematical games and strategic tests in piloting simulators. She worked my body as well, pushing me past the point of physical exertion with long runs and many hours in the gym lifting weights. When I didn’t have my nose in a book Mamma had me bending over backwards and touching my toes. Mamma did allow me to take some schooling out side of home, but I wasn’t taking the classes one would think. She would take me to the building she had her office in, but we didn’t stay at her office long, we would take a very long ride on a executive lift. I had personal trainers in hand-to-hand as well as personal weapons. Funny thing is I can remember her always watching me and typing into her personal computer that she always had with her. No matter what we did or where we went she was always typing away, entering data on all my tests and exams, or how tall I had grown or how much weight I had gained. I kind’a whish she wouldn’t do that, because I do eat a lot, something about my metabolism. But I do heal quickly, even when I broke my arm in a sparing match, and I am fast on my feet. They tell me that I’m strong for my age too witch I think is neat. One memory I have is that Mamma always called me ‘Her greatest success.’ whatever that meant, she also told my to watch over my Big Sis too.
