Who's that Pokemon?

I'm surprised no one has made this thread yet. x3

Rules

[x] You can use any sorce you want to find out the Pokemon as long as it isn't me and follow the ToS and is legal.
[x] Please post the answer, any answer PMs will be ignored.
[x] Follow ToS and guild rules.

There is no gold prize at the moment.
Every 6th winner will recieve a reversed sprite of their choosing.
Every 10th winer wins a recolored sprite of their choosing.

i was gonna do that instead of 20 questions, actually. xd sweatdrop but i think your idea is better.. xD darkening a sprite! dayyumm i was actually going to draw one.
