Seeing as I am the last active Captain to need to post one of these, I guess I will.

Stop writing that profile! Yes, you! Quit making that Shinigami and make a Quincy! You know that they are so much better than Shinigami. And why is that? It's simple really. Why be up close and getting hurt when you can stand some 15 meters away and shoot your opponents dead.
That's right, shoot. And if you bend it enough, it could look like a crossbow!
So quick! Join up with the Quincy before all the higher ranking spots are taken!
