I remember once there were actual goths on there xd Didn't last long, though. It descended into myspace-esque crap within the first year I was a member. I started despairing of the membership when people started asking me if my name was because I "like the ******** no. Anathema is a cool word, bitches. Respect.

I briefly held an account there, but very rapidly lost interest. The whole website is essentially just "alternative" MySpace, but there really isn't much content, and the community is fractured.

On the contrary, the cults are really the lifeblood of the site. They're great interactive tools and I've met some great people through them.

I've had a couple of friends who were members, but it just wasn't my thing...of course by then it was already all commercialized like a Hot Topic...if they were in a bi-level department store instead of the small corner they currently inhabit in the mall.

ProfileI use it like I do myspace, I log on pretty much everyday but I don't do anything once I do. Sometimes I may visit the forums, but not often. And I couldn't find any guilds I was into so I gave up looking.

It has an Alice in Wonderland idea to it.
It's pretty big, too (5k members at least) and the staff is really nice. It's kind of random. It's in a really weird phase right now though, not really sure what's going on :/
