leave out of New Moon the movie?
i mean...those of us who read Twilight, then saw the movie know the multiple things they had left out. some important, some not so important.
what do you think they'll leave out of New Moon?
i personally think they're probably going to leave out the movie theater scene. probably take the whole mike-jacob-bella thing, and turn it into something "more interesting".
your opinions? :]

I hope they don't dwell too much on how depressed she is over Edward and extend some scenes with Alice and going to Volterra. Maybe have a cool fight scene in there somewhere. That would be awesome. =D

Angels_can_fly2 I hope they don't dwell too much on how depressed she is over Edward and extend some scenes with Alice and going to Volterra. Maybe have a cool fight scene in there somewhere. That would be awesome. =D I sort of disagree. I want one screen where she cries miserbly in the woods, like, a really good sad scene of Bella crying, both shocked and sad. The second sad scene I want is when she's cliff diving. Also, I want the trailer to be like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6v1RBkab2DQMost of you have probably seen it already...

Lets see . . .
I agree with the movie theatre thing. It really wasn't that important, so it would be a good thing to cut.
Along with a lot of other 'Bella being depressed' stuff. There is a rather large chunk of the book (I think it's like 350 pages) that is her being sad, but being repaired by Jacob. They don't need to put in that much of that relationship. It can be summed up.
And I'm really hoping they make the Volturi scene longer. It's the best part of New Moon.
P.S. That fan made trailer that Kittycharm posted was incredible. Oh, it was so good it gave me shivers!

I don't really mind if they have a couple scenes where she's just a wreck over him, but I don't want to sit through an hour of movie where all she does is cry, whine, and curl up into a little ball in her room. That would be kind of annoying for me. 3nodding

Oh yeah, that's what I mean too! I don't want the whole movie on her crying over Edward, that WOULD be too boring.

Yeah, and I REALLY hope that the trailer they make for new moon is either as good or better than that one. I mean, IT'S A FAN MADE TRAILER!!!! They have to make it better than that, otherwise I'll cry.

they HAVE TO do the cliff diving scene!!
I hope the depression doesn't go through all the movie, maybe just 10-15 minutes of depression?? xD

I think they are going to somehow change the Port Angeles scene and have Bella hear Edward's voice (if she does at all) somewhere else. THey probably won't want to be repetitive with filming.
I mean, that's why they took out the blood typing scene in the last one.
It's apparently OK in books to revisit certain scenes multiple times, but not in movies.

I mean, IT'S A FAN MADE TRAILER!!!! They have to make it better than that, otherwise I'll cry. Well, they used lots of scenes from Twilight, so there will be some fresh ones for us to see when the real trailer comes out. And thats always a plus.
But that one that person made was so authentic with that music and text. I had a very hard time believing it was not professional!
And they won't have a lot of crying Bella. I can envision what it will be like right now:
They'll have one transparent scene over another one and have like seasons changing or a calendar or something over a hollow lifeless Bella living a pointless life.
I bet it will last no more than five minutes and be something like that.

to be honest i don't think that kristen would be able to act it so i hope they make it as little as possible with getting the point across. she's very poor at portraying emotion so something like that would pry come out badly. now her wandering around like a zombie, just going through the motions. she could pry do that.

I think it'd be annoying if they took out the theater scene, seeing as it's something that is kinda crucial to the rest of the plot rolleyes
I think they may leave out some jacob scenes. I mean even in the first movie they didn't put when her and Jacob were dancing and talking at the prom. Instead they made it so they were outside getting ready to go in when he comes to give her the warning from Billy. Which is annoying. Jacob is a crucial character to the whole thing.
In many ways I hope they don't make too many scenes of just Bella crying, i mean even in the book there were the moments of when she was alone or something came up to remind her of Edward.. but even in the book it wasn't every chapter had her bawling her eyes out.
I have a feeling they may leave out motorcycle scenes crying

I hope that they make the birthday scene as realistic and intense as possible...just because the movie is going to be ACTION...depression...finding happiness...depression...happy again...and then ACTION with the volturi.
so i hope that they make the action long and thoroughly enjoyable. so that the depression scenes wont be lengthy. i hope kristen steps up her acting skills in this movie, because i KNOW they're there...and she didn't use as much emotion in twilight as she could have. so... yeah.
i also hope in the movie, they make bella and jacobs friendship look more serious and more like a relationship. because it will make for a better movie, and make eclipse so much better when they have the whole "who she's going to choose" thing.
you know??

I agree with you on the Jacob and Bella thing.
As SM stated on her blog, Bella technically feel in love with Jacob in New Moon... and you can tell that, mostly depending on how closely you read and take to things and it will be a good way to lead up to Eclipse and her issue of choosing between Edward and Jacob (though I will state again, I'm all for her being with Edward. It was just meant to be)

UGH! i just read that they're gonna leave out the marriage proposal. they said and i quote, "Edward's going to have something else up his sleeve." IT'S GOING TO RUIN THE WHOLE MOVIE!
