When there are enough votes out of all the members to consider a winning theme. --% out of the clubs' members. :3
-------- How do we decide winners?
All participating entries will be judged on their participation, creativity, humor and effort.
-------- Who decides the winner?
First off, the will not be decided on the person who made it! That's not fair and will be selective. The host (of the prize) will choose the winner with lots of consideration but I want everyone to have a chance to win.
