I recommend Onemanga.com all RV chapters and 17 RVII Chapters. New RV chapter monthly usually from the 3rd-8th of the month. Veoh.com Is good for the Anime.

That is a good site for the manga, but Animeboy has all season one, and some of season two anime (it's subed, so it's easier to understand =p)

I usually always use Onemanga.com for when i read scanlations of R+V and other mangas, and sometimes Mangavolume.com too (though I don't recommend Mangavolume.com, due to high level of computer virus material)
