First thing you notice when you enter into Joe's Diner is that it looks like you've walked straight into the past of America. Joe's Diner is an authentic 40's diner, straight from the era. The whole place has a homey feel with a white linoleum floor, red upholstery, and flashy aluminum linings on the walls and tables. In the background you can hear big band, swing, and jazz music floating around. The staff is well dressed, the men wearing white shirts, black slacks, and a matching hat. The girls are wearing a traditional red and white pinstriped blouse and skirt with a matching hat. So come on in, grab a seat at a table, booth, or at the counter, and get some good old fashioned food!

– All salads served with a dinner roll -
1. Chinese Chicken Salad - Fresh mixed greens, celery, green onion, red bell pepper, wonton strips and tender grilled chicken breast with choice of our Original Asian or fat-free Sesame Ginger Dressing.
2. Chicken Finger Salad – Golden-fried, all white meat chicken strips atop fresh greens, green onion, bacon, egg, tomato, jack and Cheddar cheese and honey mustard dressing.
3. Caesar Salad – Crisp, fresh romaine tossed with Caesar dressing and topped with croûtons, olives, and Parmesan cheese. Try it with grilled chicken breast.
4. BBQ Rance Chicken Salad – Mixed greens tossed in BBQ ranch dressing, with grilled chicken, cucumbers, cheese, tomatoes, corn, black beans and avocado.
5. Carnitas Salad – Carnitas topped fresh mixed greens, salsa, corn, black beans and shredded cheese with creamy BBQ ranch dressing, tortilla triangles and guacamole.

Burgers
- All burgers are made with 1/3 lbs of fresh ground beef, and come with French fries -
1. Classic Burger – 1/3lbs burger topped with our special sauce, lettuce, tomato, and onions. Cheese on request.
2. Pattymelt – Served on grilled rye bread with American cheese and grilled onions.
3. Bleus Burger – Topped with crumbles of tangy, real bleu cheese! A gourmet burger if there ever was one!
4. Hickory Burger – Two slices of melted Cheddar cheese, with smoked bacon and three crispy onion rings, all topped with our own zesty BBQ sauce.
5. Mushroom Swiss Burger – Fresh sautéed mushrooms, double Swiss cheese and our very own special sauce.
6. Super Burger – Double Swiss cheese and sliced avocado on grilled Parmesan sourdough.
7. Bacon Cheeseburger – Piled high with savory smoked bacon and double Swiss cheese melted to perfection.
8. Santa Fe Burger – A Southwestern masterpiece! Roasted green chile, double pepper jack cheese and chipotle sauce.

Slice after slice of melting American and Swiss cheese layered between slices of thick golden-grilled egg bread. So simple... and so good! Try it with ham! 4. Tuna Salad Sandwich – We make this tuna salad fresh daily with only the finest, flakiest albacore available. Piled high and served on wholesome wheat bread. It doesn’t get better than this! 5. Tuna Melt – Our freshly made albacore salad served on crunchy golden-grilled sourdough with melting slices of American and Swiss cheese. 6. 1. Kobe Chopped Steak – 10 oz. of our super-premium American Kobe beef smothered with sautéed mushrooms in a Burgundy wine sauce. Served with a medley of garden vegetables and our special "loaded" mashed potatoes.
2. Hearty Chicken Pot Pie – The golden, flaky pastry on top hides a bounty of tender chicken breast chunks, wholesome garden vegetables and an impossibly rich and creamy gravy. It’s comfort food at its finest.
3. Seafood Combo – Three beer battered fillets along with three jumbo shrimp.
4. Fish and Chips – Beer battered, golden-fried and served with creamy tartar sauce.
5. Shrimp and Chips – With six crispy, golden-fried jumbo shrimp.

Andrew turned the corner and then they were on the last block before the restaurant. He still held on to Tetra's hand and pointed at the building they were going towards. On it's front in large red letters was 'Joe's Diner' in English, with the katakana for 'burger diner' under it. It was a little family run thing that Andrew had found out about years ago, reminding him of a place he ate at once in America with his father. "How does this place sound Tetra? Yosuke?" He gave a smile and continued moving towards the front door of the building.

Yosuke came up to the building, the large english letters sticking out from everything else one the building. "Anything is fine with me... I'm not terribly picky... what about you Tetra-chan?" A perfect method to gain attention away from you was to spin the question off to someone else after giving a short answer! Though he did feel a little bad having to repeat the question for Tetra, perhaps making her feel smaller than she was, but figuring even she would understand the position felt akward to him. He walked up to the doors and opened them for Andrew and Tetra before Tetra could answer, knowing she probobly was okay with anything just like he was. After all, she was so small and he guessed that even using some spirit energy would cause her to be hungry, hungrier than an adult anyway.

Tetra was hyper enough to not mind having the question repeated for her. In another situation she might have been a little unhappy at being treated so but she was much to hungry to care at the moment. It didn’t really matter though because her response would have been the same no matter the food served. “Foodfoodfoodfoodfoodfoodfoodfoodfoodfoodfoodfoodfoodfoodfood!” She continued her little chant albeit softer when they got closer to the restaurant. She was a fan of food. Just a little.

Andrew watched the little girl get happy as they reached the establishment. Yosuke was even nice enough to hold the door open for the two of them. He gave a 'thank you' as he led Tetra inside. A waitress came over in her red and white pinstriped blouse and skirt and seated them in a booth off to the side. She then asked around for their drinks as Andrew handed a menu to Yosuke and Tetra as they sat down. "I'll have a chocolate malt." All that was left was for the other two to order theirs and looked through the menu.

Tetra flopped down onto the booth that the nice lady directed them too and grinned when chocolate malts were mentioned. “Ooo, I want one too! I love chocolate malts.” She took a menu and looked through it, instantly unsure as to what she should get. The food looked so good! Should she get fries and burgers or Philly cheese steak? Or maybe she should get chicken strips with barbeque sauce? Her eyes bounced about the menu, much like what she was doing in her seat. Giving this little girl sugar, was probably not a wise idea, and it was a time bomb ready go off.

Yosuke came over to the booth after the two, sitting down next to Tetra as she perused the menu and expressed her liking for sugary goods. He wasn't about to go into deep thought about it though, so to start off, he would just have a chocolate malt too. "Are you sure we should give you a malt Tetra? You seem energetic enough as it is" He half joked, but... there was still the possiblity that it could cause Tetra to short circuit later on... and before that she would be going completely haywire. But he thought it better to wait and find out if that was the case. Turning to the waitress, "I guess I'll have one too." Then went to look at the menu.
