Merci wheeled Fauve toward Cinder's house. The short woman couldn't have carried the larger girl if she tried, so she borrowed a wheelbarrow to transport her to a bed. Honestly she would have pushed her further but by the time she was going past the home that her friend and Kasai lived the little Kitsune was tired. She put down the handles and wiped at her forehead before she pounded on the doorway. Mycroft would probably answer, so Merci started eyeing the doorway to see if the unwieldy cart would fit through it.
Fauve lay in a pile of hair and dress, her arms folded across her chest. Nika had helped Merci get her into the basin she was resting in now, so she didn't look uncomfortable. Her chest was falling in a steady rhythm, and her lips were slightly parted to allow her breath to escape her mouth.
The older woman looked down at her charge and shook her head. It was going to be weird to see her face not wrapped in black and pink checks, to see her blush, eat, chew...
Of course there was the part of her that wanted to see Kasai's reaction.

Cinder walked through the main room of her home wearing a white tank top and her work pants along with her boots. She wasn't wearing anything fancy this day and a rather large piece of machinery was sitting on her kitchen table. The top of cylinder was opened up and around it lay various bits of technology most appeared to have been taken from within the cylinder on the table. "Mycroft I need the schematics for the Brighton crop tenders," there were a few dull beeping sounds before the requested information floated in the air not far from where Cinder had set her work area up. The pilot frowned, it did seem possible that she'd be able to get the limited AI's working to help the colonists upkeep maintenance on the crops but she would have to get creative in a few areas which would take more time then she wanted.
A knock on the front door gave Cinder some reprieve from her work, standing she wiped her hands off on a towel and started for the door; quickening her pace as she noted a sound of desperation in the knocking. Frowning she looked to concern recognizing Merci her eyes flickering to the wheelbarrow behind the kitsune. Frowning she started moving down the steps, "was there an acciden - " Cinder cut off as she looked down at the tangle of blonde hair, "her mask..."
Kasai glanced up feeling Cinder's reaction through the empathic bond they shared. He felt her sense of worry and fear over something and then Fauve's name reached his mind. Realizing Cinder was concerned over Fauve for some reason Kasai bolted to his feet and dashed through the house bursting from the front door, what's going on?

Merci looked up at Cinder and she heaved a quick sigh. Her mouth opened up and she was about to tell her friend what happened when Kasai came bursting through the door.
It didn't take hearing him to know what he was thinking. "Kasai.. calm down.. she's alright." The kitsune shifted to the side so she wasn't obstructing his view of Fauve.
Fauve's legs were curled up and she was on her side in the basin of the wheelbarrow. Her hair was covering part of her face, a few strands sticking to her lip. The sound of voices made her forehead crinkle slightly as she starts to stir.
Merci glanced up at Cinder and chewed on her lip. "I just couldn't wheel her any further. I thought you wouldn't mind if we stayed here till she felt a little better." Out of the corner of her eye she watched Kasai, because deep down she wasn't sure how he was going to react.

Kasai really wasn't clearly hearing Merci and Cinder as he came out of the house, he focused on Fauve one of the few people he actually cared about curled up in a wheelbarrow. Dashing forward a few feet he vaulted over the railing of the porch not pausing once he landed he moved to the side of the wheelbarrow intent on getting her out of what was likely a very uncomfortable contraption. A part of him had heard Merci but it didn't fully register until he came around the side of the wheelbarrow and saw her uncovered face.
He stood perfectly still a moment not even breathing before kneeling on the ground close to her. Reaching up with a slightly trembling hand he brushed her hair back from her face, his movements are careful and he takes great care to not actually let his hand touch her face; as if afraid the reality of it all would shatter if he did. For a long moment he just sat watching her with wonder in his garnet eyes.
Cinder let Kasai move over to Fauve and have a few moment to sit and stare at her but sighed gently after a moment. "Kasai, lets get her inside. You can worry over her more comfortably in there."
Kasai's head snapped up hearing Cinder's voice, gulping he nodded slightly and reached out scooping Fauve up in his arms. Pulling her close he glanced to Cinder, she can have my bed.
Cinder nodded slightly and glanced to Merci`, personally she didn't have a problem with it. As she couldn't imagine Kasai ever hurting Fauve in any capacity. "Kasai is going to lay her down and keep an eye over her," pausing after a moment Cinder adds, "your welcome to watch over her as well..." Reaching out Cinder gave Merci's hand a gentle squeeze, holding it and then leading her inside. Kasai snuck in before them heading toward his room with Fauve looking rather concerned over the whole thing.
Cinder paused inside the doorway focusing on a small horned nef that was lounging in the window sill. "Wicked, go keep an eye on the kids. Come get me if they need anything," Cinder gestured toward where Kasai had gone sending the small chaperon after the two. The small horned creature leaned to see down the hall she gestured to. Grumbling to itself Wicked flittered into the air and paused only a moment outside Kasai's room door before moving inside and settling on Kasai's head.
