Psychiatry Office
The room is small, modest. In one end sits the entrance, a metal door with a lockable handle. To the right of the door is a comfortable yet worn blue cloth couch placed up against the wall. Adorned on the couch are two pillows and a blanket draped across its back. Beside it and also against the wall is a small book case full of books on mental disorders and other aspects of psychology; there are a few issues of Cats Paw as well a few magazines on small arms and first aid resting atop the book case for lighter reading should patients find themselves waiting in the room for the psychiatrist.
On the right side of the back wall is a computer terminal which is password protected upon start-up and contains various records pertaining to the mental health of the Brotherhood's members. The terminal is not connected to the Brotherhood mainframe, ensuring that the confidential information cannot be hacked by anyone not knowing the required password.
On the room's left side is a desk beside a door which leads into a storage room. The desk is turned so that, if sitting at it, one would have their back to the couch. Within it are various writing supplies for record keeping, the office, and other such materials.

Joker, the brotherhood's only functioning Psychiatrist, walked into the modest office. Seeing no one around, he puts down his stuff and swithces out a nameplate on the door. It now reads- "Senior Initiate Joker, Psychiatry"
The little office was now the domain of Joker of Special Squad. Adding a few personal touches to the room, Joker lies back on the couch, drifting off to sleep, waiting for someone to come in and be his first patient.

Bren had wandered around the area for some time now, looking for Joker's office. "Where the hell is this place at?", he muttered to himself. Finally he got the brains to check out his Pip-Boy's map. Wow, what an idiot I am...alright, so its right...here...he thought as he approached a door. He knocked and said, "Hey Joker, it's Bren. You there?"

"ZZzzzzzz........"
Hearing the knocking and Bren's voice coming from the door, Joker wakes with a start.
"HHUU! Wa. Eugh... hohmmm... Agh!" *Yawn*
Walking to the metal door, Joker opens the entryway and greets his fellow Special squad member.
"Huh... oh, hey, Bren! 'Ey! Glad to see ya! Come on in."
Leaving the door open and walking back to the couch, Joker essentially drops himself like a bag of rocks on top of it with a light thud.
"Excuse the mess- I haven't really finished moving in.... and it looks like I dozed off. So, what can I do for ye?"

"Eh, I heard we all had to get Psyche Evals, so I wanted to beat the crowd.", he said he stepped in. "I don't care about the mess. At least you have your own office...", he said, looking around. "So, where do we start?", he asked as he took a seat on the couch. "You gonna probe my mind?", he said jokingly.

"Yes, I am going to stick long, thick, foreign objects into your every orifice. Because that's how I roll" said Joker with a laugh.
"I'm just ********' with ye- nah, really it's quite simple this evaluation. Besically I ask you questions, you tell me how you would go about solving the problem or tell me your opinion on the situation. We can begin any time you like."
With that, Joker got up from the couch and went over to the desk with the terminal. Starting it up, Joker makes a new entry into the databanks-
BoS Psycheval Profiling/ Evaluation Patient: Bren Land Rank: Senior Initiate Squad: Special Notes: Snickerdoodles. That is all. xp
Looking up from the terminal, Joker motions towards the couch. "Please, make yourself comfortable. Take a load off."

Wondering why he motioned to the couch he was already sitting on, Bren shrugged it off. He was already in his standard R&R uniform: His Vault 53 Jumpsuit, slightly modified. "Well, I'm ready to go when you are.", he said as he lay his head down, closing his eyes.

"Alright then! First question- There is a Lone raider armed with an AK-47 aiming his gun at a defenseless family. First, I want your thoughts on the situation. And secondly, I want you to tell me what you would do in a situation like this."

"Well then...", Bren said, thinking about the described situation. "I'd see the act as a common raider act. Killing the innocent for fun, food, supplies or all of the above.", he said as he scratched his chin. "Depending on my equipment at the time, I would straight shoot the raider to try and save the family. If no weaponry, I would attempt to negotiate with him.", he finished.

"hmm... say you try to reason, and he just won't hear it? What then? Keep trying to reason or take him out?"

"If he wouldn't reason, I would try to take him out. Raiders tend to be rather volatile, and I wouldn't want to see the family harmed. Innocents should be left out of the conflicts."

Turning to the computer, Joker enters a few keystrokes to Bren's data.
Psyche- Reluctant to fight, but will do so when neccesary. Seems to have a sort of "hero complex" in which he feels he must save the innocent, regardless of what they might have done.
Joker turns back to Bren with a smile. "Alright then. Now, second question- what are your thoughts on murder?"
