Kin waited patiently by the tree waiting for Aki to come test him."Man,where is she." he said looking impatiently at the ground.

Aki walks around the forest for a bit before looking up toward the sky. Seeing the time, she sighs a little as she takes a bite from her apple. Her tail sways to each side as a loud' crunch' came from her biting into the apple. Walking deeper, she spots Kin and smiles a little. Taking a few more bites, she walks closer to him, waving slightly.

Kin hears a leaf crunch and look up and notice Aki Sensei. He waves back to her and walks closer. "Hello Aki Sensei." he bows slowly. " How are you today."

Swallowing the bit into her mouth, she wipes away some of the juice from her lips.
"Pretty good actually," she replies before taking one of few bites left of the apple. She always did eat these like nothing; taking the last few bites, she tosses the core beside a tree knowing that in a week or so, it would be gone.
"Alright so lets get down to business," she said as she cracks her neck.

Smiling with joy, Kin gripped his katana. "I was wondering when you were ready."

Placing her hand onto her katana, she pushed it up and out of its sheath with her thumb. Catching the handle, she stood there casually with it and smiles.
"Alright, show me what you got," she told him.

Kin jumps ten feet back from where he had once stood. He began to do numerous hand signs and as he was finishing a dark fog had formed all over the area."HAHAHA." he laughed knowing he now has the advantage.

Smirking a little, she held her hand up slightly closing her eyes for a mere second. Opening them once more, her eyes began to glow dimly. Her eyes scanned around as she picked up Kin's chakra signature. Laughing a little, she locked on it and moved at a quicken pace before leaping and disappearing for a moment before reaching and tapping his shoulder from behind.
"Blinding me never works," she told him.

Kin could hear Aki running towards him, which is what he wanted. He begins to do hand signs and concentrates his chakra in his hands. He claps his hands together and a gust of wind in a shape of a blade flies out in the direction of Aki.
"Doesn't matter if I can't blind you its the strategy that matters." shouted Kin from where ever he was.

Shaking her head a little; did he realise that she was right behind him at that point? Forming her proper hand seals at an alarming speed, she took in a breath and held a sonic pitch behind him. 'Siren's Song' was what she called it; the jutsu would use the highest singing pitch that she could hit, which was quite high thanks to her career early on in her life. The pitch would deften anything that would be able to block it out. And with her behind him, it would have a greater effect along with shattering the concentration of that jutsu he tried before.

As Aki had done her jutsu behind his back a big poof sound alarms Aki. She had notice that the Kin she had attack was a shadow clone.
Standing behind a tree, Kin saw what had happen. " I need to stall time." he said to himself. He summoned another clone and ordered the clone to look like Gat and walk at there to distract Aki.

[And I refuse to post further since such clones are not allowed by Genin level nin no matter what Naruto anime permits....I didn't even use them as a genin and neither should you... Along with the argument of your jutsus from earlier, you used the same tactics as Gats, seeing a lack of originality. As for now, I call this off until further notice until you can prove yourself otherwise.]

Hearing Aki Sensei call of the sparr, Kin walks off into the mist.
((I forgot and I don't see why we can't do shadow clones it doesn't evolve a lot of chakra only if you summon a lot of clone. And for my defense I never knew you and Gat had a sparr so how could I know Gat uses the same jutsu and if you read my profile it says that I can do jutsu that forms a mist over the area.))

[True but taken into consideration, you could have looked over other fights to learn of your opponent, especially involving your possible sensei... As for the clone aspect, if you look at the level for it, its out of your rank. True there were exceptions to it, but really you need to work on your skills a little more...Try again after developing more...]
Aki only stood and shook her head a little with her hand against her face slightly.
