To listen to it on our 19th birthdays. I have a friend that just turned 19 and had never heard of Tegan and Sara, so I passed the tradition along to him and also burnt him some T&S CDs. 3nodding

No, you see, listen to it when you turn 20. That way you can reflect on being 19 (since the song goes "I was nineteen").

Next year I will do that C: And make everyone I know do it. And then again at 20 haha. Because then you can be reflecting on listening to the song about being 19 at age 19 as well as about being 19. Yeah.
