Okay, I'll post a chapter now and then. Sorry about the rushed chapters and writing. I don't think it's all that good, but atleast you know what happened to him. I wrote these after work around 3-5 A.M. in the morning. So I was tired.

Chapter 1: Ranma Awakens

Ranma regained consciousness. He didn't know how long he had been out, or have any recollection of falling a sleep. One thing, however, he was certain of. He had one splitting headache! "I wonder," He began as he clutched his head and tried to adjust his eyes to the pitch, black darkness. "If this is what it is like to have a hang-over."

Ranma shook his head to clear the cobwebs from his brain, and tried to get a grip on the situation. He remembered that he had stolen billions of souls, and that he purposely didn't try to escape for that reason. Maybe that was the cause for his headache. His power seemed shifty as well, like his body was still compensating for the sudden increase. He could leave the realm at any moment now. He had seen Largo, Shadow and Andrea's traveling companion, create a portal into his own world, his pendant could take care of the rest. However, did he really want to go back? In his current state, he was vulnerable and too much of a threat at the same time. He couldn't put a finger on himself right now. Everything felt so chaotic. His breathing was heavy, and if he were in a better state of mind he would have noticed that his hair was no longer in its trademark braid. There were people in his own world that would pay money to see him in that condition. One elf in particular, but he would just have to miss this golden opportunity.

The realm was very musty, damp and dark. Ranma could feel the dampness on the skin; the whole area was very humid. It was very much like the inside of a cave, but the smell was very different. The smell was that of death. Ranma?s acute senses picked up the smell of blood and rotting flesh. Some were even scorched, that was a scent that Ranma knew better than anything else. In a nutshell, the realm was not a very hospitable place to be, and one would probably never want to go there on a vacation or holiday. It wouldn?t be in anyone?s best interests. Well, except Ranma.

Sounds were heard from all around him. Growling, clawing, slobbering, horrible sounds that would drive any sane man to insanity. Ranma was already insane, as others may say, and he had a splitting headache. He covered his ears and shut his eyes in agony to try and block out those horrible sounds. It was then that he felt a cold tingling feeling run down his back, but before his mind could respond Ranma felt heat, and heard a howl of pain. The tingling feeling was gone, and when Ranma looked to see what it was, all he saw were the ashes of a demon that resembled that of a gargoyle. It appeared that his body reacted out of reflex and scorched the beast. It was odd for him to let loose that much power with out trying to however, and that worried him. More demons jumped towards him, and Ranma's eyes had finally adapted to the pitch darkness of the realm. He didn't know if it was just his own ability, or if it had something to do with the souls he took before, but he didn't much care at the moment. He jumped and hovered over the demons, looking at each one to get a hold on just what kind of beasts they were.

They were all different. Many had disfigured limbs, and horrible eyes. Some didn't seem to have any, but those that did held a lifeless feel to them. The seemed glazed over in white; some black, red, or even gold, but they all seemed the same in that respect. Perhaps it was due to the lack of light. Many were unlike any creature the evil mad man had seen before. He gazed in awe as he watched the demons turn on each other when they noticed that their prey had evaded their attack. It seemed that they didn't care who they killed. "I thought I took from every demon in the realm." Ranma said to himself out loud, assuming that no one would be there to here him.

"They are children. It appears they just spawned today." Ranma heard from behind him. It was a deep, harsh voice that seemed to command power.

"And you are?" Ranma asked as he turned around to get a look at the man that seemed to share the realm with him. The man wasn't a man at all. He was a demon, standing seven feet tall with spikes on his shoulders, white eyes, onyx skin, and long black hair. His muscles were bulky and he wore no clothes at all. This, Ranma found disturbing. "Also, why isn't your soul in either me, or my sword?"

"I am called Kaidan, and I had just entered this plain of existence minutes ago. Demons constantly transfer to different realms, but now I know why this one seems so bare." The demon are you not a demon your self?"

Ranma chuckled and shook his head. It seemed that his headache had worn off. "No, no I'm not. I'm actually supposed to be trapped here for all eternity. My name is Ranma Hikage. I pretty much rule the realm that is parallel to this one." He said. "Well, at least parallel and to worlds over."

Kaidan seemed to find amusement in Ranma's lack of fear. It wasn't often that he found a man of Ranma's stature. The man before him could fly, which showed that he obviously had some sort of power. "You aren't ever getting out you know."

"You seem to get through the realms just fine."

"You need one of these." He said as he turned his head to one side and pointed to a symbol on his left cheek. It was a circle, with a semi circle at the top and bottom of it pointing. It had another semi circle below that pointing down that had spikes on the tip of each side jutting out. There was a bigger spike underneath that with a rounded top that pointed down, and there were two boomerang looking things that arched out on each side of it. "It's one of the marks of chaos. You can only get them from the chaos gods them selves. I just happen to be an avatar of chaos." Kaidan said with a grin as he pointed to his chest with his thumb. He was obviously very proud of his status.

"Really, it doesn't seem that big a deal to me." Ranma shrugged. "I could care less about these chaos gods. I'll just beat it out of them if I have to."

"What?" The demon yelled! "You must have a death wish to say that in front of me! In this realm no less!" Kaidan was obviously very upset. "I should kill you where you stand human!"

"Human? Well, that is a big assumption. You can try Kaidan, but you'll regret it."

"Prepare to take on the strongest of avatars of chaos! Class 'S' demon of course!" He yelled as he lunged at Ranma with his clawed hand. He was way faster than someone as bulky as he should be. Ranma was caught off guard a bit, but bent back and flew down a bit to dodge the strike.

As Ranma dodged the attack, the demons that had gathered bellow jumped at him. Noticing the yelling they assumed that someone would become their dinner, and the man with the shiny hair seemed to be heading their way. Unfortunately for the demon Ranma sensed it, twisted his body, and let loose a powerful kick to knock it back down. He didn't want to deal with the weaker demons during the fight so he killed them the same way he killed the other demon. He pointed his palm towards the huddled up mass of demon flesh and scorched them to death. Afterwards Ranma landed on the ground and blocked the next clawed strike that had come his way while he was taking out the weaker trash.

Ranma sent a punch at his dark skinned opponent that was blocked right away. The demon grabbed Ranma arm and tried throwing him into the air, but Ranma kicked him in the gut before he had the chance. Kaidan staggered back a bit, but he was, for the most part, unfazed. "Is that all you can do human?"

"Is that all you can do?" Ranma asked and cocked an eyebrow. Kaidan growled at Ranma's words and attempted another clawed strike. The strike was so fast that most men wouldn't be able to follow it. Ranma used his right hand to push the attack aside as he moved his upper body with the blow to dodge it completely. Ranma punched towards the demons skull, but it was also blocked with the demon's other hand. The demon attempted to kick Ranma just as Ranma tried kicking the demon. Their shins connected and repelled each other. The fight continued on for two or three minutes, but it wasn't anything epic. Ranma punched and his opponent side stepped the attack. He used his foot to trip out Ranma's front foot and slashed at Ranma as he lost his balance. A long gash appeared on Ranma's back as he yelled from the pain. It started at Ranma's right shoulder blade and ran down to his left hip. Kaidan was indeed powerful, but Ranma did what had to be done. It was always a lunge, nothing new. The 'S' class demon would almost always start out with a lunge every time he attempted an offensive against Ranma. Finally he lunged and Ranma sidestepped. When Kaidan passed him, Ranma swiped his hand in an arch vertically towards the demon's open back. There was a ripple in the air... "Goodbye, Kaidan."... And the demon was sliced in half; Death by wind blade.

Ranma began to walk away, but with his first step a sharp pain ran down his back. He arched his body forward as if it would help alleviate some of the pain, but it only seemed to make it worse. He looked behind him and saw no one there. He was shocked for a moment, but what he saw next sent a shiver down his spine. There was blood on the ground, and it didn't belong to Kaidan. The blood was his. Ranma reached as far back behind him as he could and touched his wound. Once again he felt a sharp pain, and when he looked at his hand it was covered in blood. "Blood?" Ranma questioned himself. "How?"

Ranma opened a rift and took one of his shirts that he had stored earlier on. Shosami had suggested he do that. He had never thought of storing items in his rifts before that day, and realized that his rifts were useful out side of battle as well. He took off the shirt he was wearing, tore it, and wrapped it around his body. Some of the gash was uncovered, but that would have to do. He then put on the clean shirt and walked off. Pain coursed through his body after every step he took. It was unnatural and very unnerving. This had never happened to him before. He had always healed himself up completely without even trying after receiving damage. He didn't notice that the mark on Kaidan's face had vanished. His mind had been on other things.

Chapter 3: Tezzech and the Avatar of Wind and Deception!

Ranma once again regained his consciousness. He was beginning to dread the place he had found himself in. It was dark and quiet, yet at the same time there was so much to see and there was a sound he could faintly hear that was driving him mad. There were times when he couldn't smell anything, but others when he could smell anything and everything; and none of those smells were very pleasent. To put the warp into a single word, that would would be 'Hell'.

Ranma did make note that at the moment he was quite comfortable. Nice and warm, and he seemed to have a firm, but soft, pillow to sleep on. Which caused him to wonder, he didn't think there were any pillows in the warp. Since he couldn't quite see at the moment he decided he would rely on another sense other than sight, and that was his sense of touch. Oh what a wonderful sense that was. He moved his hand around the edge of his pillow and followed it to the back where he could feel two lumps. Lumps? This required further examination!

He continued to move his hands upward, trying to figure out what he was sleeping on, and why his pillow had two, very firm, lumps at the end. He noticed that the lumps were not the end of his 'pillow' and that it was connected to a larger mass. It arched upward quite a bit and he could no longer reach any higher laying down. He turned around a bit and used his left arm to prop him up. He realized that what he was feeling was the back of whatever he had been sleeping on, and due to his eyes still not being able to see because of the crust that had formed in them, he dicided that he still needed to feel around. Had Ranma been in his right mind, he may have deemed that course of action a 'bad idea'. However this was not the case.

Ranma continued to feel around with his right hand and put it on the side of the mass before him. Finally regaining his balance, via, his knees, he decided to see how wide the mass before him was by feeling up the other side. Once he decided that the mass was not very wide at all, he continued to further his analasys. He finally came across two orbs that were directly infront of him. They were just barely a couple off feet from the base, and not very far apart. Upon giving them a soft squeeze Ranma decided that they were soft, squishy, and most likely more comfortable to sleep on. However, they were too far above the ground to lay upon. He decided to squeeze them once, this time more firmly. He was surprised to hear a sharp gasp and a bit of a moan.

I would like to once again point out to the reader that if Ranma was in his regular mental state, he would have learned much earlier on that what he was doing was very stupid. However, due to his recent battles and lack of experience in getting crust in his eyes, he probably wasn't thinking at all.

Ranma quickly released the two orbs deaming them a potential threat to his health, stood up, and began to back away slowly. "I see that your fully awake now. Are you finished already? It was beginning to get fun." He heared in a soft, silky voice. He could feel the mass' warm breath on his face, and accurately judged that the mass was closer to him than before. He judged that the mass was female and changed his analysis from 'potential threat' to 'deffinate threat: run now!' "Aw, crap." Was all he said before he tried to turn tail and run.

Unfortunately, for Ranma, he was too busy rubbing the crust out of his eyes to see that the mass that he had dubbed 'female', was infront of him already. Poor Ranma ran straight into her, head first, as they both tumbled to the ground; his head was planted right inbetween the two 'orbs'. "You know, we should really set up personal bounderies." She said, "One might think that you're trying to take advantage of me. I expected you to stop."

"Oimph comphed smph." Ranma said intelligently.

"What was that? I couldn't quite make that out."

Ranma lifted his head from the poor woman's bossom and restated what he had tried to say before. "I couldn't see."

"Well you should look where your going next time...and can you get off of me please?"

Ranma noticed that he was ontop of the female he has now dubbed 'woman' and that he should probably do as she requested. So he jumped off her as quickly as he could and gave her a sloppy little grin as he said "Uh...sorry..."

"Sigh, well, I guess no ones perfect. I am Ishtar," She said as she mock bowed; One hand behind her and the other infront. Her long, raven hair fell over her shoulders. When she came back up Ranma could see that her eyes were very 'sharp' looking. They were blue in color and seemed to shine even though they were in a dark void where there was no light source to speak of. She was about five feet and four inches tall, and had tanned skin, but due to the before mentioned lack of light one could only assume that it was hereditary to her race. Her ears were long and pointed, but she didn't appear to be an elf. "And you are?"

"Ranma, Ranma Hikage." He said, a bit thrown off that she gave him his usual greeting. "Why is it that both men I have met before were naked, yet the woman is fully clothed?" He thought to him self as he went to scratch the back of his head. He noticed that his hair seemed lighter, and after he felt around for a bit he found out something was missing.

"Is this what your looking for?" Ishtar asked, holding up a long, semi braided, hair clump. The only thing that kept it together was the tie at the end of it. Ranma's tie. "Pity, it's so pretty, and shiny too!"

"My...hair..." Ranma stuttered. It seemed as though he was going to cry. If it weren't for the fact that he had already killed the demon that did it, he would hunt him down and gut him like a pig. "It took me years to get it that long..."

"I would have liked to see it. Your hair's a mess right now. Split ends."

"Aw man..."

"Not to worry! I'll cut and style it for you! It's what I love to do." Ishtar smiled, pulling a comb and a pair of scissors out of her cloak.

"No way lady. Your power levels are too high! Every body in this realm with a high power signature has tried to kill me!"

"Ranma, Ranma, Ranma. I am avatar to Tezzech, god of wind! He's pretty much a neutral god. So we don't take sides. Please let me cut your hair. I've never seen hair like yours before!"

Ranma waited a few moments, but finally sighed inwardly. Every fiber of his being was telling him not to trust her, but her reasuring voice made him want to trust her. "Fine, but if you mess up I want payment or something."

"I never mess up!" She pouted. She smiled a bit as she clipped her scissor a few times. "Now sit down." She said as the ground next to them shifted into a crude looking chair. "It's hard to cut your hair when you're standing up. You're taller than me."

It wasn't long before Ranma's hair was at the mercy of Ishtar, but so many thoughts were running through his head. Albeit they were jumbled up and giving him a head ache, but they were thoughts none the less. He could no longer dicern between good and evil in the warp. Was he the good guy now? He had killed two very evil men, and both attacked him for practically no reason at all. In fact, every thing in the warp was evil, and that caused him to rethink Ishtar. She took care of him after his second fight, and seemed to have patched him up pretty good. Was Ranma supposed to believe that she did that out of the goodness of her heart? Ranma quickly shook that thought out of his head. He came from a world where people no longer did such things. It was survival of the fitest, and nobody has done him any favors. Her outer appearance was pleasent, and her voice enchanting. She did nothing to raise suspiscian, but still, every alarm in Ranma's head was telling him that she was not to be trusted. Those alarms hurt too!

"You're so quiet." Ishtar said as she continued to cut Ranma's hair. Her scissors were coming pretty close to his ears, and Ranma didn't like it. He hated getting his hair cut.

"I just have a lot on my mind, that's all." Ranma said with a frown.

"Oh? Worried you won't be able to leave the warp?"

"No, I could leave at any time. I saw some one else do it, and I can copy any technique I see."

"Ah, so you're thinking about me! Nothing naughty I would hope." She said as her voice changed from soft and polite to playful and seductive. The playful part Ranma didn't mind, it was the seductive part that got to him. He had virtually no experience with women. He never had the time to go out on dates. Sure, when he was younger his father would set him up with a noble's daughter for him to dance with at a ball or formal gathering, but there was nothing romantic about it; Strictly business, and nothing more.

"To be perfectly honest I'm still trying to figure out why you've done so much for me. It's not normal." Ranma grunted as he added the last sentence on as an after thought.

"Simple, I'm bored and lonely, and your strong and good looking. You could keep me entertained for a long time I bet. Just the way you talk! I can tell you're trying to be serious, but it's just so halarious. It doesn't seem to suit you at all." She started coming his hair back with her fingers. It had a soothing effect, but that put the silver haired half breed on edge even more.

"Not serious? I rule the realms where I'm from. You don't get to be ruler of the realms by goofing off. Sure, not everyone seems to know that I rule them, but I do. Like the dragons, they found out all too late that I held their lives in the palm of hands." Ranma said as he lifted his arm and clenched his fist for added emphasis. "And I don't think I like the idea of being some one's play thing."

"Oh, so you 'are' a bad boy." Ishtar laughed. "Enslaving creatures and doing what you will with them."

"I killed them." Ranma said bluntly.

"OH. No mercy kind of guy huh?"

"Not really, I showed mercy to the elves. Just enslaved their queen instead of wiping them out like I had planned. Stupid Shosami and her evil tears of...evil!" Ranma yelled as he recalled the incident. Ishtar just giggled at his little out burst.

"So you're just a little softy...All done!" She said, brushing the stray strands of hair off of him. His hair was significantly shorter now. He still had his bangs, but they were a bit shorter and spiked out a bit. The back of his hair was tapered tapered at the back of his neck, also a new feature. All in all, you would hardly recognise him now. The only thing that remained was his hair color, but it did look quite good on him.

"You know, you're beginning to bug me. I don't recall anyone calling me soft and living to tell about it." Ranma said with his back to her. His fists were clenched pretty tight and his knuckles were turning white. He had originally kind of liked her, but she was beginning to try his patience.

"Come on Ranny, lighten up." She said, touching his shoulder from behind. Ranma's eyes bulged a bit.

"I...hate...that name...."

"But it's really catchy. I think it suits you!" She giggled again. Oh the humanity of her giggle. It was too cute for words, and cute things were usually Ranma's down fall...like the elven girlscout that he spared. She may grow up and start an 'Anti-Ranma' resistanced group or something.

"Then I'll call you giggles." Ranma said as he crossed his arms. It was the dumbest name he could think of at the time.

"Giggles it is, Ranny!"

"Grr..."
