Scenario:
You have waken up in a cellar. You can't remember ANYTHING, not even your name. There's a very putrid smell to the room. It makes you ill. your swimming in what looks and smells like your own feces and vomit. Your eyes have a thick layer of crust over them, and you can barely see. You can see that you have a chain on your wrists.
Action?

i thrash out violently... a screamed gurgled up in my throat but before i could scream i was ingulfed by the putrid smell. I began to choke and slowly regrained my lungs again. i tugged repeatedly on the chain until my wrist bled. I rubbed at my eyes against the crust. it came off easily and looked like dried blood. i pressd my knees up against my chest and slowly rocked back and forth trying to remember how i got here but my mind was a blank.

Spuriously, you begin to realize you've been sick for a long time, and the crust is the eye loogies you've always found in the corners of your eyes, only built up. Something darts across your foot, looking down you can tell its a rat. When you tug on your chains, they tighten so you are thrust up against a hard col wall. You hear a voice.
"Hello," It says, "Do not be afraid, patient 117920, please answer me if you are awake.' ANswer the voice, or ignore it> Or do something else totally random!
