This is the massive weight room for use by members of squad Eleven, it also has extensive work out books and charts that can help you build a training regiment. The weight room is traditionally painted white with red high trim like the rest of squad eleven but it is the largest building in the sereitei as large as it is tall. There are every set of weights here possible dumb bells, bar weights, weighted clothing, and of course a standard weight bench. there are over 500 weight training stations so it is able to accommodate roughly 500 shinigami.
