The Training grounds is a rough dessert like sandy area with a few dead trees around the area. It is often filled with hot sunlight and has a small pond at the edge of the area. It is full of several chests that have various items from zanpakutou to demi hollows and other things such as wooden dummies or spell books obtaining kido 1-100 from the old spell grounds used to teach medium to high level Kido, Hado and Bakudo. There are also a few books on concentration of spiritual pressure and use of Shunpo and Flash Step, there are even books of other fighting styles you can learn from as well.

Red walked into the Training ground and looked around until he spotted a chest. Red walked over to the chest and opened it, inside were demi-hollows that Red would use to train with. Red inserted the reiatsu needed to bring them to life and was immediately surrounded by atleast twenty demi-hollows. "this should be fun..." Red said as he pulled his tonfas out of their holders on both of his sides. Red waited for the fist demi-hollow to attack. "release me and get this over with!" Rioichi roared in Reds mind seeing that Red was battling. the first demi-hollow made its move swinging at reds feet. Red jumped up and quickly slashed down the hollows middle with one tonfa making it convert back into its small storable self which looked like a small action figure.

Red decided that he might as well release Rioichi. "Burn Rioichi!" Red called out as he held his Tonfas together and they fused into a single blade that blazed with flames around it called a Falcata. Red felt his Reiatsu and spiritual pressure increase. "So burns Fate!" Red shouted activating one of his person most used spells. a small meteor came crashing down from the sky whipping out a little more than half of the demi-hallows returning them to their small lifeless forms. Red turned to a demi-hollow then shot forward appearing behind it then slashed at the back of its head returning it to its small lifeless form.

Red looked at the demi-hollows that were still left and just smirked. "Volcanic Eruption!" Red shouted as his body was surrounded by flames then suddenly burst out in a flaming sphere which expanded killing off the rest of the demi-hollows. Red deactivated his Shikai placing the tonfas back into there holders on both of his sides then collapsed from exhaustion. Red sat up after a while and pulled out a small glass of tea from his uniform sleeve. Red sat and drank the tea in the middle of the field waiting to see if anyone would show up.
