Dude on the pso world list when is says like(redria-cross scar)or something do they mean that only redria or others listen can only find it?

Cross Scar could hardly be called a rare. Just about any ID will find one in ultimate.

Well I'm only on hard mode and I don't have that great of a weapon so to me Cross scar is rare>.>
