Guild Rules :Read or Be Banned: *Updated Mar 18th, 2006*

Note: Read the Individual Rules for each Subforum before posting.
*Rules*
#1 ) Obviously you need to Obey the TOS!
#2 ) Keep spam to the Spam/Boredom Subforum... Read the rules there before posting.
#3 ) Don't create Duplicate Threads! (we are going to try to keep this guild to a minimum of pages without wasted topics)
#4 ) Be frendly... a excessive ammount of rude insults and talk may get you banned!
#5 ) No spamming... people don't like usless talk in their threads... (to much outsider spam will have this guild changed into private or hidden... and you may be banned!)
#6 ) When quoting do not edit the other person's post.. you may remove some of it for space sake... but there will be no adding extras to it, this will get your post deleated.
#7 ) Try not to strech the page... either to the side or with long posts.... we'll be leniant on those making a pont with the post.. but will not take kindly to endless spam streching the page.
I posted this new one in a announcement but to make it official.
#8 ) There are no 14g posts allowed in here... If we see one single 14g/28g post in the guild the offender will be banned for that one act...
(for those of you who don't know what a 14g/28g post is... it's one of those long long posts, talking about giberish that says that the long post will give the user 14g/28g... thing is THEY DON'T WORK... they only give the user normal gold... and annoy the hell out of every other user that reads the thread.(Plus you can be banned from the entire site.))
9 ) Advertising: There is no advertising in threads or forums... that is why we have the affilations list...

and remember... repeat offences may have you banned from the guild

and above all... use common sense... if you think someone won't like it... don't do it... the first action won't get you on the warning list... but it will be dealt with and a new rule will be created

*The 5 Point Banning System*
firstly, a lot of you will mistake this for a five strike banning system... the difference between a strike system and the point system is that the strike system gives one strike for each offence... but with the point system offences are given varying points for the severity of the offence, and more for repeat actions...

Strike system Example:
in a strike system a user would get 1 strike for a small purposeful strech of the page... and 1 other for a post filled with so much swearing and insults that it's not funny...

Point system Example:
the same small purposeful strech of the page, may only give 1/2 a point if it's minor... maby a full point if it's a bit to large... and 2.5 to 3 points if it's so large it's the only thing you can see for miles down the page... while the "post filled with so much swearing and insults that it's not funny".. may get arround 3-4 points....

this big difference in the system is made for leniance on the people who may only be doing it by accident... or are kind enough to stop... while offering stricter punishment to those who make offences grosely out of proportion of common sense...

Watch List: (users who have broken the rules once or twice (may be removed after time))

Hit List: (users with repeat offences who have the possibility of being banned)

Banned list: (users so offensive that they have been banned)

Titleing for threads... (only guild mod's may place these)
Definitions:
*streached*- A warning to users that the thread may have streached pages making it hard to navigate...

Notices:
*notice #*-these are the notices Made by Shadowman or Dantman for threads that don't have many people posting in them, the notice ranges from 1-3... after the 4th is reached the topic is deleated....
