it's easyier to wrote it as inuyasha, but i do agree it is InuYasha

Well, it is two words that make a name.
Inu--Dog
Yasha --Demon
As a word it would be "Inu yasha",
eg. Last night I dreamt I was a dog demon.
As a title it would be "InuYasha".
eg. Lord Momo is recognized as the legendary Dog Demon.
Meh... Thats my opinion.
I prefer to say; InuYasha.
