well lets face it once in a while a member or two will be active and then it dies again.. my poor guild *sniffle sniffle* I was wondering what kinds of contests and other ideas to help make you all more active you all may have. <3 thanks

My daughters are now 17, 16 and 13.. in all that time, only once did I ever have trouble with the school over religious discrimination. Most people talk trash because they don't understand. I don't mind helping out new parents, I've had to deal with so much stuff..

Anyway, is it possible to give us notification of new posts in the guild? Sometimes I forget to even check my daily chance LOL but if I saw activity (like subscribed threads in the forum) I'd know when someone posts so I can comment.
I think putting the link in the sig is a good idea, maybe we could try to run some kind of Yule-tide contest that's Pagan oriented, to drum up some new members....

definately a good idea but I need help and more mods to run things like that. I might send out an annoucement about applying to become mods, and if you scroll over the forums tab, when it drops it says guilds, if you go to that page then click on pagan parents guild it'lls show recent activity we will be having a Yule contest of sorts starting Dec first I just have yet to decided what it is...

I will be a MOD and come up with thngs!! I like doing things like that!!

As for the advice for Pagan Parents, I love it! I live on a military base and the military are very in your face about religion. They JUST opened an outdoor worship center for Pagan religions. I just recently had a problem with my husband trashing our base house before he deployed and his superiors and the 'counselors' kept pushing me to go to a Christian church for 'help' and were getting very nasty about the fact that I do not attend their churches. When I told them that I was Wiccan, they tried to say I was a Satan-worshipper. I can't count how many times I had to sit them down and explain Wicca to them and the fact that it is a more peaceful religion than their Chrsitianity. They now avoid me and no longer invite my daughter to play dates. It's very saddening.
