Welcome and Congratulations!
Hey! We did it! The guild has been active and growing for three years now. And it all started with a little thread in the Gaming Forum.....*nostalgic sigh*
To celebrate, we shall be conducting three contests that all members are eligible to participate in (but you of course do not have to if you don't want to).
The Fanart Contest- WINNER: kauzl
This is for anyone who loves illustrating LoZ characters, roleplay characters, scenery from the world of LoZ or anything else that has to do with our beloved series.
Art may be submitted in the form of drawings, paintings, original music compositions, digital art, photography or sculptures (a photo of a sculpture will suffice for judging). Sculptures can include clay, terra cotta, woodwork, or even model magic (lol).
Photography rules: I consider photography fanart if its content is something like nature or people as if it is the world of LoZ itself. i.e. taking pictures of action figures or screenshots of the game DO NOT count. You have to be creative and original.
Music composition rules: I will not accept something like a decent performance of Koji Kondo's piano theme. If you want to submit music it has to be of your own composition as inspired by the world of LoZ. I will take scans of sheet music that YOU HAVE WRITTEN.
General Art Rules:
All artwork submitted must be the original work of the respected artist.
No more than three entries per contestant.
NO TRACINGS will be considered.
All entries must be submitted to [.Torina.] or Akeyami by June 25.
You may resubmit things you have posted in the guild in the past.
The Fanfiction Contest
Poetry, short stories, or PARTS of novels you have written are eligible for submission in this category. Please don't submit a whole novel, we don't have time to read all of that! Submit your best chapters or sections.
Rules:
10 pages typed is the limit in written submissions.
All work must be original to the respected authors.
No more than three entries per contestant and the total length of all of the entries together must not exceed 10 pages. i.e. if you submit one item that lasts 10 pages you cannot submit anything else.
All entries must be submitted to [.Torina.] or Akeyami by June 25.
You may resubmit things you have posted in the guild in the past.
The Avatar Contest
Dress up your avatar to appear like your favorite LoZ character or made-up character! NO TEKTEK creations will be accepted. You have to pull it off on your own avatar.
Rules:
NO TEKTEK SUBMISSIONS. Your own avatar only, please.
Be as original as possible.
If you are basing your avatar off of a made up character, please provide a description and/or image about the character for reference, otherwise it will be disqualified.
Have your avatar dressed and ready for judging by June 25. Submit your username to [.Torina.] or Akeyami by then.

1st Place in each category: 11k gold, Item of choice not exceeding 5k, large bouquet of flowers
2nd Place in each category: 5k gold OR item of choice not exceeding 5k, medium bouquet
3rd Place in each category: 2k gold, small bouquet
