Today I donated blood, first I was laying on the table for 40 min before they even stuck me... then later as the nurse pulled the needle out she lifted up on the needle as she pulled it out, causing much pain, then applied the bandage in some wierd way that caused it to pull away my skin as I took it off some hours later. eek

That's not necessarily an "inexperienced nurse." It could have been a phlebotomist.

You know something you never want to hear? I nurse screaming. I went to get some blood work done one time, and as the nurse was pulling the neddle out, she screamed a little. I started freaking out, thinking the the tip had broken off, that it was in my bloodstream, that it was going to my heart, that I was going to die. Apparently, I had tensed up or something and blood had squirted onto her sleeve, and thats why she screamed. I laughed so hard afterwards.
