The Jungle village itself. What remains of the village is nothing but a few lone buildings. Nothing but ruins remain, even the corpses themselves are absent from this land. A truly sad sight...
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Westly soon found his body laying in the midst of a destroyed village, however hundreds of ninja stand before Westly's body. Their eyes dull and emotionless. A little girl that Westly would recognize was standing there a smile on his face.
Suddenly Westly could feel his jutsu return to him. Whoever was canceling out his jutsu had stopped. He was once again free to use his jutsu. Yet a different chakara filled the air, the little girl was using her jutsu.
"It is time for us to play! You are going to be some much fun to play with." She said jumping up and down.
The village itself was destroyed, the buildings all destroy except for one. A lone house sat in the distance of the village, Chaos was sitting on top of it. Chaos seemed to be the one canceling out Kie's and the rest of group's chakara. Guarding Chaos was two large bird like creatures, stage two curse mark experiments. It seemed that the Jungle village had already fallen.

It was a lot for Westly to take in, but when he did, he smiled. "There's an old saying," he said. "When you love a person's work, don't learn from them, learn from whoever taught them." He bowed to Chaos, the first time he had the chance at a formal introduction. "My name is Westly Morgana. I was Aona Akai's greatest pupil."
Bluster aside, the girl was damn near immune to his illusions. Of course, he was definitely immune to her favorite one--she'd probably die from trying to access his mind in the same way she would if she jumped into a bonfire--but she had dozens of minions. That was the key, then. She was immune to most of his jutsus, he was immune to most of hers, but when you got right down to it, she was half his size and looked half his age. If he could draw her into a one on one fist fight... well, it'd be a lot like beating up a little girl. The question was, how was he going to isolate her from her minions?
So what's my opener? Lore of the Assassin? Hitomi? Mist Summon? Peacock Flare? Nope, all genjutsu. Which leaves... my only set of elemental jutsus. Oh, this is going to be fun.
Westly released the seal on one of his pockets to access what he'd stashed in there. To clarify, most ninjas sealed things into scrolls and then pocketed the scrolls; Westly just skipped the middleman. He made a quick pair of handseals and a thick fog rolled out, concealing his location. The fog smelled like a distillery, but there were a few telltale signs that it wasn't his usual "Bacchus's Sigh". Most importantly, Bacchus's Sigh was a genjutsu placed over normal water vapor. This mist felt chilling, like it was constantly evaporating the moment it touched the girl's skin. Whatever this was, it was really alcohol. A thick mist of potent alcohol.
Westly dashed a few feet in a random direction. It wouldn't do if this was ruined by a shuriken thrown at him because he decided to stand still.

Chaos didn't even look down at Westly, he was to busy with his own jutsu and Kie to pay attention to Westly.
Westly's mist was almost instantly canceled out by one of the emotionless looking ninja near the girl. A few of the other ninja started to make hand signs. "No jutsu you do will work. My team of ninja here will cancel out any jutsu with one of their own." With those words a new mist formed in the area. A thick mist that was freezing to Westly's skin.
"b***h!" Chaos's voice echoed out in the mist. "******** freezing cold mist, I'm trying to focus! ********!"
Despite Chaos's voice Westly could hear the footsteps of many ninja moving around him. Westly was in deep trouble.

Westly swore. None of my jutsus work, I'm not a taijutsu specialist, I never actually built that puppet.... As it stands, this fight is unwinnable. I can't beat down several hundred Jounin with my bare hands. Even a sniper's war of attrition won't work unless I can get out of their sight, which I can't do without jutsus. Westly felt through the mist. He laughed. "No. On the contrary," he said, "I just have to use a technique that no one knows how to counter."
"Mujutsu: Door of Mist." His chakra flaring from the effort of a technique so far beyond a Chuunin, Westly took a step and vanished from all sight, from all senses. He wasn't invisible, he was simply gone. Not a teleport, either. As far the waking world was concerned, he wasn't anywhere. Westly has stepped sideways into a plane of existence parallel to the material. A world where everything was a metaphor, and where the collective subconscious of humanity connected and combined.
The Primal Dream.
Of course, there wasn't much he could do there. Attacking an opponent in the material world from the Dream might, at best, make them feel rather melancholy as they felt their dreams being crushed. It wasn't going to hurt them or anything. Still, he could see all his opponents, or rather, he could see the lights that corresponded to their dreams, their hopes, their wants, their desires. One of them, the brightest, had blackish-silvery nets cast over each of the others like a spider's web. Westly started tearing the webs apart. The dimmer lights seemed to be getting brighter....
(( For the record, Westly has mentioned the Primal Dream a number of times, this is just the first time he's actually been there. He knew it existed, he just didn't have enough chakra to get there until recently. Sorry if this seems like a bit of an asspull, but I don't really think a Chuunin, however clever, stands much of a chance against hundreds of Jounin and ANBU led by a Kage-class missing-nin. If you don't wanna run with this, I have one other idea I could try. ))

Chaos chuckled in the material world as he sat there. "He won't be able to maintain a jutsu like that." Chaos however was still focused on his jutsu and tactics. "He will return to the real world soon."
"Shut up!" The girl was pouting. "I WANT TO PLAY NOW!!!"
((A bit of an Asspull... No... A load of s**t is more accurate to me. I didn't plan on having you win this fight. I have more in plan.))

(( Oh. A no-win situation. How utterly devious. twisted ))
Just a few of them... if I can free just a few of them, I can get through this alive.... Westly thought. He kept slashing away the webs of those closest to him. That's it, that's my limit, goodbye and good luck.
Westly faded back into existence, panting. "Cover me," he said to those ninjas closest to him. Only a handful against an army, but what else was he going to do with his chakra? He had enough stamina to fight as long he didn't do anything more chakra-intensive than sticking to a wall or getting his gear out of his pockets.
Running, he leapt, vaulting off the back of a nearby ally, charging at the girl with all his momentum. It was Hitomi without the optical illusion, just a flashstep directly into her. He needed to knock her silly. If he was really lucky, she still wouldn't see him coming. Not like she could see in this freezing mist, right?

All the people Westly freed suddenly fell to the ground, screaming in pain. A laugh from Chaos echoing out at the moment.
"That won't work!" She said as Westly charged head first into a large fat man who grabbed him. The girl walked forward to were Westly was. "Chaos's curse marks are kicking in. You only granted them a painful death." The fat man wrapped his arm around Westly trapping him.
"He will be fun to experiment on." Chaos said looking down at Westly. Chaos was still making a constant stream of hand signs. "You might even be able to join my little bird men here if you are strong enough to survive the process of stage two."

Westly squirmed in the man's grasp. "Ya know, ya could have just asked," he snarked. "Not everyone in Gaioh has a personal vendetta against you. Hell, we've only just met, and I've heard such wonderful things about your reputation." He kept trying to free himself of the large man. "Save your chakra, it won't work on me. Then again, that might be something worth seeing once in your life. You know, if you're still a researcher at heart." He said it again, softly, as if reassuring himself. "It couldn't possibly work on me..."

"Take..." Was the only words Chaos could get out before being interrupted.
"I don't take orders from you!" The little girl said. "You are ranked under me. You are number 5, the lowest of the ranks! You do what I say." She said stomping her foot.
"Fine... Will you please take him to my lab." Chaos said a bit of blood dripping from were Chaos bit his own lip.
"Good!" She said with a laugh. "Take him away." The large man then carried Westly away.

"I'm leaving!" The little girl said making a nasty face and sticking her tongue out at Chaos.
Chaos just glared at her but kept his mouth shut. He hated this damned girl and her sister, such smug little brats. "So be it." Chaos said as he continued to focus on his jutsu. He continued to watch however with his goggles, zooming in on both fights.
"Haha!" She said as she jumped on one of her slaves shoulders. "Lets go!" She yelled pointing forward. She and her men began to leave the village on their next task, a very important task.
Chaos would remain, he had his two guards so he wouldn't need her help anyway.

Chaos continued to use his jutsu to cancel out the other's jutsu. His two guards had taken seats beside Chaos, waiting for something to happen. "Interesting..." Chaos said as he continued making handsigns, this jutsu required constant handsigns for it to work. Another ANBU appeared before Chaos as he sat there.
"We are open to invade Gaioh." The man said bowing to Chaos. "The Master has his orders for you."
"I already know them." Chaos said glaring at the man. "I still think that I am to injured to do it."
"Well the Master says that it is only to ensure he doesn't get involved."
"He is hoping we kill the rest before he kills me." Chaos said making another handsign. "He knows that I can't defeat him in my current condition, it is just to distract him."
"Well as long as..." His words were cut short as one of Chaos's guards had driven a blade through the man's throat. Chaos shook his head and continued his jutsu.
"Stupid human..." Chaos said with a chuckle.

A man wearing a Gaioh headband suddenly appeared before Chaos. "Chaos-Kami, Azure-sama has summoned the aid of two villages." He said bowing before Chaos as he spoke.
"Really?" Chaos said as he made another hand sign. "Anybody of threat?" Chaos asked chuckling.
"Well it seems to be one of your former students Chaos-kami. I believe it is Dre-san..." The ninja said looking over some notes. "He is the Kage of the Village Hidden in the Grave."
Chaos paused for a moment but continued to make another hand sign. "Really now? I have a plan then." Chaos said chuckling, he then looked over his shoulder at one of the two giant bird like men behind him. "Go inform the Master that I am changing the plan." The man nodded and vanished, leaving behind a few feathers. Chaos then looked back at the Gaioh ninja before him. "Go back there and keep up your work."
"Yes Chaos-kami!" The Gaioh ninja bowed once more and vanished in a puff of smoke.

[slightly less than an hour later..]
A snuffling noise sounded in the distance, too faint to be identified, but not so much that anyone with ninjalike hearing couldn't pick up on it. Soft footfalls accompanied the sound of sniffing. Some sort of animal was prowling around where nothing should be alive. The sound got nearer, and a smallish canid rounded a corner half a block away. The slender limbs and radar-dishlike ears marked it as a coyote; which was highly unusual, given that coyotes were not indiginous to the area. The coyote padded down the street a few paces more, then stopped in its tracks. One ear swiveled to point directly at Chaos and twitched rythmically, as if listening to his heartbeat. The coyote looked up, and stared the Demon vine ninja in the eye for a couple seconds, then bolted back the way it had come...

Chaos looked at the coyote and then stood up. He dropped his jutsu, he had a real purpose now. "Yes!" Chaos said as the air became thick with his chakara. He suddenly charged forward giving chase to the coyote. "He is there!"

The coyote bolted down an alley, pursued hotly by Chaos. Chaos had correctly surmised that this was one of Masamune's summons. The Former ANBU had never had a knack for subtlety. The Coyote, Hotaru, rounded a bend and yelped, "Watch out, I was followed!" before vanishing like a coward back to his home plane in a puff of white smoke. And round that corner stood the dead man. Clad in his usual grey attire, Masamune Syaoran stood a full six-one on his booted feet. His face was a mask of sadness mixed with grim satisfaction. For so long, he and Hotaru had been trailing Chaos, and had gotten into plenty of trouble when that trail had run across the White Hand on numerous occasions. Now that search was over.
"Hello, Jimetsuogi. How kind of you to join me."
