The Bount hideout is a very unappealing old building on the outside, but holds inside a wonderfully designed interior. The building itself is an old industrial building long forgotten by most. The inside holds enough space for rooms for relaxation as well as some expanses fro exercise and the like. Whoever set this place up had a love of draperies and the like, because there are all kinds of rugs, tapestries, and the like. There are far too many couches about, and some of them look quite old.

Chantre looked inside her little hideout quietly. She would have to get all of the elements together in the right formation, so she did that first. Well, she was glad that Conrad knew French; it made it more likely he knew German, which was important. She had the equipment around for this eventuality, but she had a little trouble remembering where she had put it all. She went about for a while looking for it, until she found the all but forgotten closet that she had put it all in. Everything seemed fine, if dusty. She set everything up in her little exercise area and smiled to herself. “Good! All done.” She smiled to herself then tapped on her pin absently. She asked Lesaria to come out, and she did so quietly. “What shall I do?” Chantre smiled again, always amused. Lesaria had some strange habits, one of which was to never use any form of ‘you’. In Japanese it didn’t cause as much of a problem since there was some funny things with that. The principle remained; which meant she would never refer to the person she was talking to directly. There was only one exception, but that rarely occurred. “That man from before is coming and we are going to help him get his Doll. Would you help make sure nothing goes wrong?” Lesaria flapped her wings, looking a little restless. “I shall help, though I do not trust.” Chantre sighed. Lesaria was naturally suspicious, though occasionally that was good. It balanced Chantre’s personality out nicely. “As you say, Lesaria.”

After stopping at his favorite diner for a cheeseburger, Conrad found the location of his benefactor. He didn't need to stop and eat, but he liked the taste of food once in a while, and it had been a while since he had a cheeseburger. But none the less, he arrived at the warehouse in the early evening. He was slightly put aback that the address was here, taking out his cell phone to make sure that he was in the right place, but the feeling he had felt coming from Chantre the night before was seeming to be all over the place here. So a simple knock on the door would have to do. Moving over to the entry door, he knocked then waited for the one he was searching to answer.

Chantre was sitting on one of her favorite couches, relaxing for the moment. She was distantly aware that Conrad was coming. She sat up straighter, looking around. Lesaria was floating about, and it seemed like she would get the door. The doll opened the door after Conrad knocked, and quickly darted to on side. Chantre was there a moment later and sighed lightly. “Sorry, she is just getting to her spot. Please, come in.” She smiled and motioned for him to come in and added, “I have everything set up over here.” She lead him to a large expanse, that Lesaria was floating near.

Conrad was not phased as much this time as Lesaria opened the door. He thought that I could have been poor practice as it could have been someone else at the door. But he shrugged it off and entered as Chatre asked. While moving to the spot, he removed his sunglasses and placed them in the inner pocket of the jacket before taking his jacket off. He saw an unoccupied chair and decided to lay it over the back, then taking the spot that he was told to.
"What exactly are we doing here?"

Chantre smiled. “We are summoning your doll of course.” She stood in the open space and motioned to Lesaria. She went and got a series of vials, filled with who knows what. Chantre began arranging them on the ground while Lesaria got a candle and lit it. It was strange to watch the doll do so, since she used her arms to get it from a shelf that she couldn’t see over. She put it in the middle of the vials that Chantre had arranged and she smiled at her work. “I hope you know German, it will make things easier.” She pointed to the vials and said, “These contain Sulfur, Phosphorus, Carbon, water, fat, Magnesium, and Lime. You’ll want to say them in that order.” She looked at the set up pensively then said, “Well, lets just start with that.”

Conrad moved over to the circle where the vials were soon to be placed. He watched as Lesaria moved to help and Chantre set it up with detail. Something stirred in him, wanting him to be the one to obtain and set up this ritual. But, he forced the urge down, feeling it best to let the pro doing it. Letting out a rough sigh, he moved his hands up like he was grabbing someone by the jaw. And thus, he spoke:
"Schwefel, Phosphor, Carbon, Wasser, Fett, Magnesium, Kalk"

The flame in the center grew larger, widening to make room for something. A pinpoint of discolored area could be seen in the flame, not quite something, but obviously there. Chantre watched the fire critically then said, “Repeat in German. Spell. Together with my bloodline that has been allowed eternal life, oh great power, stand as the instrument that will turn my power into embodied form.” Lesaria floated near Chantre, watching the flame like she was both curious and wary of it. Chantre thought that Conrad would do fine, so she trusted him so far as that went. However, she still did not know if some random element would come to muff things up.

The candle in the center flickered a bit, the flame seeming to grow larger. Conrad noticed a slight bit of discolouration, but left shrugged it off. He did have his doubts about this. It could all be a trick to get him killed. But all the things she showed him seemed too unreal to be fake. Keeping his position the same, he uttered the next set of words.
"Zauberspruch. Zusammen mit meinem Bloodline, der ewiges Leben erlaubt worden ist, oh Großmacht, Standplatz als das Instrument, das meine Energie zu dargestellte Form macht."

The flame expanded more; a flicker of violet could be seen in the flame for a moment. Chantre watched it and nodded herself then told Conrad the next part of the summoning. “Awaken. Arise from the formless depths of the flames. If you do, then I shall offer you my life as the symbol of the spirit in my heart. Stepping over the chasm of understanding, the time for our hearts to merge into one approaches.” Lesaria watched the flame carefully, as the violet light would expand and grow at this point, waiting to come out. Chantre was more intent on Conrad’s words then the forming doll, which was why Lesaria was there. “Now, command your doll to come out, I can’t help you with that. Do only this, and do not command it further. This is important.” Really it was. This procedure took a great deal out of a body, even if they didn’t notice it at the time. After the doll was summoned, there was more to do.

As Chantre began to speak off the last command, something clicked in his head. About halfway through Chantre telling him the commands, he had started talking faster than she did.
"Wecken Sie. Ergeben Sie sich aus den formlosen Tiefen der Flammen. Wenn Sie tun, dann biete ich Ihnen mein Leben als das Symbol des Geistes in meinem Herzen an. Tretend über den Abgrund des Verständnisses, die Zeit, damit unsere Herzen in eins sich nähert vermischen." Conrad moved his hands to his heart as he spoke, trying to emulate the words he was saying. The flames began burning larger, brighter, changing colours in the center, violet licking out from the middle. Thrusting his hand out towards the flames in a bidding matter, he spoke the final words.
"Lassen Sie uns diese Welt verderben, Fang!(Let us taint this world, Fang!)" With Conrad's last words, the flames burned a bright violet, then churned in on themselves. In the center, lay a small coiled snake. Though it was glowing with a violet aura, it was easy to see it's brown and white design. Conrad huffed, a bit out of breath, and moved his arms back to his side and looked to Chantre for what to do next.

Chantre smiled to herself as Conrad’s words sped past hers and summoned his doll. The silver haired woman could feel the energy, watching his abilities take shape. She and Lesaria watched the flames as they made way for the newly created doll, a small snake. That somewhat explained his command to his doll, and Chantre watched it quietly. Lesaria seemed somewhat content that the doll would not be so much trouble, and floated over to Conrad. “It’s rather important that you be in good condition for the next bit, and that took a bit out of you. You can either rest a while to get your energy back or take the short way. And that would be letting Lesaria give you a nice hug.” The unsettling doll swished her tail patiently near him, saying in her strange echo voice, “This I can do.” Chantre smiled and said, “But really, the choice is yours.” She would understand if he would pick either. She could see how he was very eager to learn about his doll, but Lesaria was very…unsettling. The vials on the ground were strangely empty, though it was hard to point at a time which they became so. It meant that Chantre would have to hunt the elements down again, but it was not terribly hard.

Conrad couldn't take his eyes off the snake that was coiled up where the candle had been. He didn't really notice that he had begun speaking without Chantre or that he had said the last part to call out Fang. And how did that name get into his head? Now it was stuck there, he couldn't not think about it. He wanted to know more, and he wanted to do it now. So, removing his gaze from Fang, he looked at Lesaria and nodded.

Chantre smiled faintly. She was not quite surprised at this, but was certainly amused. “Fair enough.” Lesaria nodded then awkwardly gave the man a hug, chanting as she did so. “As the world comes around, the world continues to fade. Come and fade.” With the words a healing energy flowed into Conrad, quickly healing him. She let go when she was done, floating nearby. “Well, now you should be in shape enough to take whatever is thrown at you. Speak to your doll.” She went to a couch to recline on it for the time being. Lesaria would watch the goes on and make sure nothing got too out of hand.

What was described as an awkward hug surely looked that way from afar and felt that way in the beginning. Strangely enough, after what ever magics the creature had soon changed it from a strange and awkward event to a warming, safe, somewhat nostalgic one. Conrad was put slightly aback by this, but threw it out as he set his sights on his Doll once again. Walking over he looked down upon it, then squat down, resting his elbows on his knees. The violet glowing had died down much by now, only seeming to be like a faint outline around it's shape. Slowly, the snake loosened it's coil and looked up at Conrad.
"Well now, you look like a nasty one," Conrad started, smirking. "So what do you need me to do to gain help from you?" The snake uncoiled more and began to bring it's head up towards Conrad. It's mouth slowly began to open.

"Survive!"
It's voice filled the whole room in a strange manner, sounding like his voice was in your head and not at the same time. It was low and sharp, sounding like someone of Conrad's stature. But as it finished the word, it leaped up and bit Conrad on the neck, fangs sinking in deep. Conrad had moved to catch it in the air, but only caught it's lower half after biting him. Standing up he grabbed it by the head like he had been taught decades ago and removed it from his neck.
"You twit," Conrad started, holding Fang by the back of the head, mouth open and fangs flaring. "You think a little--" Suddenly, Conrad's hand opened and dropped Fang on the ground. As it slithered back a bit and recoiled, Conrad began having problems standing, swaying and stepping erratically to keep his balance. A pain shot through his neck where Fang had bit him and he fell to his hands and knees. The world swirled around him and his stomach began to churn as well as his heart began to hurt.

"What's that?"
Fang said back, "Can't take one little bite?" The snake seemed to have a very thin and wicked smile on it's face, clearly enjoying the torment of his "master."
