Is it possible for pokemon from B/R/Y and G/S/C to enter Emerald, ruby, sapphire? My friend has a link cable with 2 GBA ends and a GBC and, But we think it might somehow ruin the game, so if anyone knows or can confirm it, please respond.

No, sorry they can't. For your Blue, Red, and Yellow delema you'd need Fire red, or Leaf Green... Otherwise Pok'emon from the Emerald, Ruby, or Sapphire versions are not known to the Red, Blue and Yellow versions, meaning it just plainly wouldn't work.
