I was just wondering...how do you get chosen for the crew? o____________O
Is it all about who you know/how much you donate/how active you are in the guild~?

Well, this is entirely from my point of view, but since the guild is still rather new and such, the crew basically consists of our closest friends and whatnot - so yes, it is sort of all about who you know. xD
As the guild grows though and who really wants to help the place flourish / has made substantial differences to the place is determined, the ones chosen for crew may be altered slightly as well.
... Who knows though. You'd best ask Sir Captain Koichi himself. xD

im pissed off at my clan cap he promoted me to vice cap so i cant leave the clan Dx why doesnt he want me to leave the clannnn (he was my bf but now hes just an ex) stare
