Kannazuki no Miko was the first shoujo ai (girl love) anime I ever bought. YAY ebay XD
It's basically about a sun priestess, and a moon priestess. They fall in love, but unfortunately it is their destiny for one to kill the other in order to save the world.
Each time they are reborn, they fall in love, and one figures out their destiny and forces the other to kill her.

Actually it seems more to be based on Fatal Frame II, but that is less known. XD
