I'd like each member of the crew to post in every thread made here at least once. Even if they haven't got anything to say about the matter at hand, something saying that they at least read the thread whether they have something to contribute to the discussion or not.

I just want to know that everyone here is active and reading the threads. If you're going to be away from the guild for a prolonged period of time, please post in the absences thread and let me know. via PM.

This is important, so we can know whether everyone has read the current issues or not and whether we can make a decision and move on or if we're still waiting on someone to take a look.

Also, if a topic is currently being debated it'd be worthwhile for everyone to check the forum a couple times during the period they're online so that we can be replying to the debate more than once a day.
