Alright, I was talking to the other crew members a few days ago, and we all agreed one one thing. It's dead here. We just spontaneously combusted. It's boring. There's no activity. Ad infinitum. So who do most people blame? Us, the crew. We're supposed to maintain things and keep it fun and such. So far, we've been as active as a sloth.
But please, let me digress. First off, most of the crew are friends of Blood. As in, they all lived in the same area and know each other. Anything happening in any of their lives affects a bulk of the rest of us.
Most of us in crew have jobs. Maybe even multiple jobs. Some of them work odd hours. Two of us are still in school, and one of those two just went back to school.
One crew member has someone in her family hospitalized. And another has poor internet.
I, personally, have a social life that's slowly falling apart and my current emotional stability is questionable.
Needless to say, we can't handle everything. We can't keep everything fun and active ourselves. Since I'm one of three that are frequenting along the lines of crew, it's impossible for us to keep everything afloat. Yes, we're working on something, but it might take some time.
So, if you want activity, we crew are all asking a favor of YOU. Make a new post. Create a new game. Give us a suggestion for something to do.

I myself have not blamed anyone. I dont usually do new posts because only like two people will respond and then I end up looking like a fool for even making the effort (not that I really mind but it does get kinda stale after a while...) And just like some of you I have multiple jobs (though now I only have two instead of three). Most often times I come here and no one seems to be on so I end up talking to myself or I'll reply to some posts and then go play zomg (which isn't my idea of fun since I never see anyone I know so it just becomse extremely awkward lol). So just like I know you guys in the crew have been trying so have I, as well as some of the other members. I will continue to try even if no one else does is all I am trying to say really, though I am sure that y'all wont give up that easily. I will have an idea or two for you when I get home from work tonight (though it will probably be just me who is on at that time lol), I already have one but I think I will wait......

Let me say one thing. You got me confused for a good 5 secs when you said crew >.<
Now let me say another, it ain't your fault or the crew's. People have a life outside the internet and we shouldn't expect you to be on Gaia 24/7 making this place more fun. But we can say that "System Error" is having a 'Critical Error' and will slowdown temporary before it gets back up and running at 100% capacity biggrin

ok here's the simplest explaination I can give for my idea...... I have six of my own items that I will be willing to part with, after whoever wants to participate gets their name or whatever on the list and for nine days (starting once I get the ok from the crew people because I will have to give the items to one of you for safe keeping(preferrably which ever one of you is on the most), not that I'm not trustworthy or anything but my offline activities sometimes keeps me away for a while so I figured they woud be safer that way lol) and at the end of the nine days whoever reaches whatever requirements are agreed upon (like say 300 posts or if a lot of people actually get involved then the six people who have the most posts (if at least 300) (and no I am not saying that they should make 300 posts I am just using that as an example lol) they get one of the items but if only 1-3 people enter then they will be the only ones able to win the items (like if only 1 person reaches the required amount of posts, then they will win all six items or if two reach it then each will get 3 items (just examples again lol).......
With Blood being M I A for a little while, I was going to pm this to you Hellsing, but I don't know you (or anyone else in the crew who has been on recently) enough to be pming you........
I don't mind people pming me though so if you pm me I will reply lol and sorry it took longer than expected for me to tell you my idea, my gf came over here after I got off work and we kept getting sidetracked.......... (not like that all you people with nasty thoughts running through your heads!!!! We were just playing videogames!! lol)

i dont blame any of the crew... i agree with soulzreamper you have a life outside of gaia we understand cuz most of us have a life outside of gaia also

I get on a lot, but it's so quiet here sometimes. Well, what about you, Frost, and the crew here (Me, Atra and Hell) create a game. Posting can be quite, hard, especially when it's so quiet here, and we don't want people to spam or post in the games forum only. I'm trying to think up a game, maybe the scavenger hunt?
I can also give avi art for the winners, what do you guys think? 3nodding
I shall make a topic in the main forum page, and let us discuss it there. xD

I just joined, and I gotta admit, yeah, it is pretty quiet here. But here's the thing: I have nothing to do right now. None of my friends are able to do anything, I have no money, I have no job, and it's a school break. I know, it sounds like I'm just a bum, but I've done all I can do to get a job, I've asked my parents if they need any help around the house, I've read half a book in a day, now I have nothing to do. Gaia is all I can turn to for entertainment.
This guild looks promising, since it's already huge and has stuff that I like. I will probably be making up a lot of the recent posts, since I'm bored out of my mind, but I'm sure things will pick up eventually. It's not even halfway through the school year. Once a big break comes up, like Christmas or spring break, I think more people will come back and remember what it's like to have fun in a guild, even if it is online and only temporary. Give it some time, System Error should resuscitate itself soon enough.
