Please be literate. I don't mean that you have to type perfectly, it's not a role play. But please do make sure people can read what you write. Otherwise its hard to discuss thins with each other.

Please be nice to everyone else. If you don't agree with someone, just say so. There's no need to start fights with anyone. I will allow a swear word here and there, but no excessive use of any one word please.
T h i r d
If you are going to join, please, please, please be an active member. A guild like this, or any type of guild for that matter, must have active members, otherwise there can be no discussions, and no one can see your beautiful work.

Last one, I promise. Please follow these rules. They are pretty simple, no? Also, if you could, please let me know that you have read them. Post a reply to this forum just saying something along the lines of "I have read the rules" or "_____ has read the rules" or "I understand and will follow these rules"

Also, any members that show a really good understanding on leadership in the guild, will get there rank updated. You can be updated quite simply. Be good enough, and you can get yourself all the way to vice captain. Cool, huh?
Another thing. Feel free to post a forum talking about something, but don't create one that's already made. I will be making a few starter forums, and once we get enough people joined, we can have more discussions about more things.
