The chosen fighting arena was a simple circle with short grass covered grounds. There were no trees or any obstacles save a few scattered stones.

Kazuma entered his battlefield while smoking his cigarette and resting his right arm on the leverage of his sword sheath. He winced his eyes from the brightness of the sun.
"God I hate nice days.."

Harou walked into the area. He had a few supplies in the pouch on his waist, but not to much. However, he also brought a long his sakabato kodachi, hanging from his right waist. He stood about fifteen feet in front of Kazuma. "Your move." He said with a humble smile abroad his face.

Kazuma inhaled once more a drag from his cigarette and as soon as it was completely gone the butt dropped to the ground. As Kazuma exhaled, he enveloped himself entirely in smoke and created a cloud which extended to about 30 feet in diameter and surrounded Kazuma. He had trained many times to combine his kekai genkai and allow himself to breathe through smoke. From beneath his cover he unsheathed his sword and held it backhand stance. forming half of a tiger handseal and brought chakra focused to the external of his body. He would sense vibrations in the air for Harou's next move, as he couldn't rely on his eyesight or ears due to his Assassin jutsu.

Harou's eyebrow raised. . . .I can wait here all day. . He thought to himself. Harou just stood there, waiting to see what Kazuma would do.

Kazuma made a ram handseal and uttered the words
"Smoke clone jutsu"
4 figures escaped from the cloud of smoke as it thinned out 4 Kazuma's could be seen across from Harou, all at once they held swords pointed towards their backs and launched at Harou with full speed. Meanwhile Kazuma was above standing on air, hopefully his distraction was worth the ammount of chakra he used. The clones attacked at Harou, Kazuma was hoping Harou would take the bait and think one of the clones was Kazuma and attack back. High about Harou's head Kazuma sheathed his sword and held a tiger handseal.

Harou watched as four shuriken flew out of the left side of the cloud of smoke, followed by two clones. Harou raised an eyebrow and watched amusingly.
My Previous Post Harou's eyebrow raised. . . .I can wait here all day. . He thought to himself. Harou just stood there, waiting to see what Kazuma would do.

((It's okay, that was a response late so I figured you were just tired. Lol.))
Harou performed a few hand seals and placed both hands on the ground. "Rokku no Jutsu.. ." His arms were coated in rocks up to his elbow, so that he could still bend them. He jumped backward, and shot rocks from his fists at each of the clones. The rest of the rock on his arm replaced the missing spaces he fired from as he landed and stood on guard.

The clones kept running straight towards Harou fearless of the rocks, 2 rocks hit 2 seperate clones and they vanished, the other 2 kept pressing on. Meanwhile Kazuma was above Harou and had already planned out about 5 moves in advance. Should one of those fail he would quickly compensate and hopefully have the advantage still. He was sure that Harou did not know his whereabouts, he drew his sword and held 2 fingers out with his right hand, focusing chakra in his left arm.

Harou let the rubble fall of his arms and pulled a shuriken out of his pouch and, without averting his eyes from the clones, tossed it in between the two of them and waited to see what they would do once they reached him.

The shuriken went sailing through between the space of the two smoke clones they came up to Harou and raised their swords high and swung down at Harou. Meanwhile Kazuma was about Harou and descending very quickly with sword in hand and a firm grip. He once within range he swung at Harou's left arm not with a lot of force but just enough to leave a cut.

A smile found it's way across Harou's face. He performed one simple hand seal and activated a substitution jutsu he had already set on the shuriken previously. Harou and the shuriken switched places, by which time he was well behind the two clones.
"You're to predictable." He said bluntly, his hand resting on the sheath just below the hand guard. Harou turned to face Kazuma.

Kazuma slashed the two smoke clones and they exploded into a cloud. Using this as cover he landed and brought chakra through the soles of his feet to increase the power of his jump. He landed, and jumped into Harou's direction while handing a few shuriken. He threw 3 shuriken directly at Harou while pressing forward with full speed.
"I'll go as hard as I can for as long as I can"
Kazuma thought to himself.

"Chakra barrier, Ketushai. ." The shuriken embedded themselves into the solidified form of chakra that had formed around Harou. He released the barrier. As the shuriken fell to the ground, Harou took his stance and breathing deeply, waiting for his opponent to strike.
