The large battlefield sitting before the fighters was custom designed for this battle. The entire battlefield is littered with houses fully furnished for the combatants to fight within. Everything has been made to look like a real mini village; including cable TV, real food in the fridges, and a few random weapons within the homes. Power lines branch from house to house and a few random bikes sit on a few corners. In the center of the city is a statue of Chaos standing on top of Masamune, engraved within the base of the statue it reads "This arena brought to you by Masamune's check book."
Since this is an ANBU level battle Lethal force is authorized.

*From the center on the area, on top of one of the many buildings, fire shot up like a pillar. It shot up into the clouds and the sky turned dark momentarily as the flames flowed. When they disapated, there Soul stood, his signature ears and tail standing out. He wore his usual attire, a black t-shirt, blood red jounin flak jacket and pants, and a pair of black ninja shoes. His glasses were placed on his nose, as usual, his red hair covering the right eye. Two katanas were strapped to his back: one in a black sheath, the other in a red sheath. He had black tattoos running up both arms, which truly ran over his entire body; were the wind to blow, the hair would move from his face and similar markings could be found on his forehead and cheeks. He was motionless, his arms crossed, awaiting his opponent*

As per usual Sachi strode into the arena with his hands stuffed into the pockets of his black and white track suit. Step after step he trudged in, carrying the hefty weight of his massive scroll on his back. For this fight he knew he would have to use everything in his arsenal, so instead of taking just his large scroll, he also had two compact summoning scrolls attached directly to his wrists for easy access. Besides the three scrolls he also had his typical four weapons pouches; one on each hip with Sachi's specially designed razor wires and two sitting on the small of his back each respectively filled with hollow sound resonating kunai and shuriken with bells in their centers.
"There is no reason to show off Soul-chan. All you have done is waste precious chakra. This is a serious match, treat it as such."
While Sachi spoke he fiddled around with an object in his pocket. It was medium sized, round, and potentially would set the field in his advantage.
"Your move Soul."

*Soul did not respond to Sachi's remark; frankly, his entrance wasted little to no chakra. He took in a deep breath and slowly unsheathed his black katana, it making a grainy sound. It seemed to have black specs all over it. He held the handle tightly in his right hand, jumping from the building he stood upon. As his feet touched down, he swung his blade verticaly upward with both hands, like a golf club, slicing the ground. The black specs were a fine gun powder, highly combustable. When penetrating the dirt, the ground in front of him exploded and shot decent size rocks at Sachi. The blast created a cloud of dust in the air, so he rest the flat side of his blade on his right shoulder and awaited the boy's attack*
